00:57Here in this forum, I highlighted and brought up that when we talk about economic inclusion,
01:03we have to take note that development and modernization does not entail vendors and small-scale business owners are left
01:12behind.
01:13So we have to ensure that when we talk about these digital innovations, development, or whatsoever, big terms,
01:19we have to make sure that those are felt, the recommendations, the solutions are felt at the bottom, not only
01:26at the top.

01:31na magkaroon ng mas magandang sekuridad ang pagkakaroon ng digital transaction at gawin itong inklusibo,
01:37lalo na sa mga kabataan at mga persons with disabilities sa ASEAN at Japan.
01:42Combining these two positive aspects of each market and creating some kind of tunnel in between these two regions.
01:50Our idea is to create some kind of a punch that could stop that flow, outflow from that circular economy.
01:58And so yeah, to answer that question, not as a country itself, but as of a community,
02:06I think it's realistically possible to run that policy.

02:26Of course, there are gaps in this kind of situations.
02:32In each country, we have our own problems.
02:35And this is why ASEAN Youth Organizations exist to also help young people to engage and also find a solution
02:42for all of us.
02:43We wanted to empower the young entrepreneurs to create more job opportunities along with the stakeholders
02:49so they would be able to basically identify opportunities for them.
02:55And also here as an organization, we wanted to support them along the way.
