00:00The palace says the government is still studying the possibility of granting clemency to Mary Jane Veloso.

00:06According to palace press officer and PCO under Secretary Claire Castro,

00:10the review is particular in whether the move would violate any legal provisions or international agreements.

00:16The office of the executive secretary is reviewing the latest minutes of meetings between the Philippines and Indonesia

00:22to determine the scope of any existing agreements.

00:25Castro reiterated the final decision on clemency remains with the president,
