00:00The world is always noisy. It is always demanding something, always asking you to
00:09remember something, to plan something, to manage something. But right now, in this
00:19very second, you can leave the sound of all those demands behind the door.
00:28Attention focuses on a single point. This voice. This voice is not a commander. It
00:41is simply a flow. And to join this flow means to let yourself go, like a leaf
00:50floating down a river. It is strange, isn't it? How interestingly the human brain
00:59works. Sometimes we struggle so hard to remember one thing, yet a thought we
01:07considered most important can scatter like smoke in a single moment. One second ago,
01:16that thought seemed as heavy and significant as the entire universe. And
01:23the next second, just emptiness. Nothing. As if it never existed. And you can notice
01:34that light, freedom-filled sensation created by this void. Right now, while listening to
01:42these lines, that strange and pleasant state of forgetfulness is slowly spreading
01:50through your entire body. Because sometimes, simply focusing on this slow, rhythmic, and
01:59soothing voice is enough to stop that never-ending dialogue inside. Words begin to look
02:09fainter, more distant, and more meaningless. Thoughts are no longer heavy loads. They are
02:19simply clouds drifting by. And looking through these clouds, only a clean, blue, and infinite void
02:30is visible. This is absolute comfort. To be free from the obligation of carrying
02:39every thought. Free from the burden of analyzing every idea. Not knowing where the
02:47mind will land is, in fact, its greatest rest. Look at how your attention begins to drift. This is
03:00not a sudden drop. This is soft, like silk. A sensation like sinking into warm cotton.
03:13Where thoughts used to be, small, transparent gaps now open up.
03:20Those gaps seem to breathe. They grow. And they envelop the entire mind. And that moment comes. That absolute
03:36moment. You just forgot what you were thinking. This is a natural process. This is the internal
03:47system renewing itself. Thoughts come and withdraw like a shadow, leaving no trace. You might try to
04:00remember some of them, but they are already out of reach. They are like the trembling stars of a very distant galaxy.
04:09You look, but you cannot touch. You just forgot what you were thinking. The heaviness of the eyes. The
04:22lethargy of the body. And the breaking of the bond with the surroundings. None of these matter.
04:29What matters is the untying of those internal knots, one by one. It is as if you, or this consciousness,
04:43are woven from a thin, colorless thread. And now, someone is gently pulling the end of that thread.
04:52And in the end, no weave remains. Only pure, raw, and infinite energy remains.
05:14You just forgot what you were thinking.
05:17This is happening more often now. The small pauses between thoughts are expanding.
05:26Turning into a vast ocean. There is more room now for silence to breathe.
05:35The term nothing is now the most delicious concept. Because nothing that is this quiet
05:46actually means everything. Right now, there is no need to hold on to anything. Not to a word,
05:58not to a future plan, nor to a past regret. There is no need to even hold on to this text.
06:07Sounds simply come and pass. You just forgot what you were thinking. That sudden pause that occurs
06:19while trying to form the beginning of an idea. That void. You just forgot what you were thinking.
06:27And this is the world's greatest freedom. There is no obligation to chase after every idea.
06:38There is no need to know where they go, or why they go.
06:42Without them, the mind is so light, so transparent. It is as if all the furniture inside the brain
06:53has been removed. And only a wide, bright, and empty room remains.
07:00In this room, the air is clean. In this room, silence reigns. Because we are now speaking not of space,
07:13but of absolute void. Even if a thought appears, notice how slippery it is. You touch it and it fades.
07:23You want to hold it, and it melts. The more attention you give it, the more transparent it becomes,
07:36until it becomes completely invisible. All that is left in the end is the pleasant warmth of the body.
07:46The rhythmic intake and release of breath. And the hypnotic echo created by this voice.
08:00You just forgot what you were thinking. Imagine the mind is a large black board.
08:08And on that board, there are words, numbers, images, written with thousands of pieces of white chalk.
08:23They are your whole life. All your thoughts. And now, an invisible hand begins to slowly wipe that board.
08:34The sponge touches the board, and in an instant, a large area is cleared.
08:45Line by line, word by word, everything is erased. Even the dust of the chalk is blown away into the air.
08:56The board becomes blacker, deeper, and cleaner. Nothing remains.
09:07There are no obstacles in the way. No problems to solve. No errors to correct.
09:14Just absolute, black, deep stillness. Maybe now, what you are listening to,
09:26loses its importance as well. Maybe the meaning of this session scatters like smoke too.
09:36But this is not disturbing. Because you are here. You are safe. And you are in the center of silence.
09:50Edges blur. Meaning is lost. Only sensation remains.
09:57This drifting. This melting. This deep, endless rest.
10:09You just forgot what you were thinking.
10:12Thoughts are now so slippery that the hands of the brain that used to hold them seem to have disappeared.
10:21You try to grab one, and it instantly changes shape. Like a shadow trembling on water.
10:33Like mist flowing through your fingers. The moment you want to tighten your grip, it simply vanishes.
10:42This is exactly what is happening now. Thought after thought. Rising and deleting.
10:53It is as if every thought is covered with a smooth, oily, and shiny layer. It is impossible to hold them.
11:05You might sense the shape of a thought from afar. As if behind a foggy glass.
11:13But before it is fully formed, it flies away. And the more you notice this, the stronger this state becomes.
11:27They become even more slippery. Everything that used to feel solid, heavy, and important.
11:37The moment, money, jobs, relationships, fears, is now soft, flexible, and disjointed.
11:49It is so easy to forget them. As if they never existed. Even if you try to chase one away,
12:01you will see that the moment you pay attention to it, it evaporates.
12:09Thoughts do this when they are ready to drift away.
12:12And the heavier the body becomes, the further the mind slides into the depths of that void.
12:24What was I just thinking?
12:25This question arises and disappears before an answer is found.
12:34You just forgot what you were thinking.
12:36This is normal.
12:39This is the only way to go deeper.
12:45Because deep minds do not hold on to anything.
12:50Deep minds simply let go.
12:57They are masters of releasing.
13:02They liberate.
13:03They erase all boundaries between one moment and the next.
13:13The difference between thought and silence no longer exists.
13:21Everything turns into a single whole.
13:27This ocean of infinite stillness.
13:31Even if a thought gets stuck, notice how smooth and cool it is.
13:39Like a bar of soap in warm water.
13:43There for a single moment.
13:46And then gone.
13:50That secret light smile forming inside.
13:55To realize internally how meaningless it is to try to hold on.
14:01Because you are here not to obtain something, but to let everything go.
14:11To experience that rare, precious pleasure of a mind that does not need to think.
14:17A dust free surface.
14:21A cloudless sky.
14:25A clean void.
14:28You just forgot what you were thinking.
14:31And every time this happens, you slide even deeper.
14:37Even lower.
14:37This is the silence your mind has always craved, but could not find in the noisy world.
14:47This smooth, wide, and luminous space.
14:54Nothing to remember.
14:57Nothing to manage.
14:59No one to report to.
15:02Just stillness.
15:04Just softness.
15:05Just silence.
15:09Now the mind knows the true taste of rest.
15:15The taste of being completely free from the obligation to think.
15:20From the necessity to be logical.
15:26There is no pressure here.
15:28There is no rule about thinking correctly.
15:33There is only existence.
15:35And this is a massive freedom.
15:41Now a new discovery emerges.
15:45Not thinking feels better than thinking.
15:50That gap between thoughts is not actually empty.
15:54It is filled with absolute comfort.
16:00Filled with warmth.
16:03Filled with peace.
16:05And the longer you stay there, the more familiar it becomes.
16:12You begin to crave this void.
16:15This drifting.
16:17This effortless stillness.
16:20You just forgot what you were thinking.
16:22And maybe this sentence will echo inside you now.
16:28It will return.
16:31Like a soft church bell ringing from afar in the background of your day.
16:38You just forgot what you were thinking.
16:43And every time this sound comes, a light, sincere smile will appear on your face.
16:50You will soften.
16:53You will allow it to happen.
16:57Because you already know how delicious, how healing it is to forget.
17:05And your mind remembers perfectly how to forget.
17:08How to cleanse itself.
17:13And now, a state of absolute rest dominates your entire being.
17:20The mind is soft.
17:22The body is quiet.
17:25The spirit is free.
17:26The breath is steady, deep, and beating in unison with the universe.
17:35And it is time to begin to return.
17:38But this is not a hurried return.
17:43This is an awakening that happens gradually, slowly.
17:48We return with an awareness that slowly fills the room, like the first light of morning.
17:56We return with an awareness that we have in the world.
17:57We return with an awareness that we have in the world.
17:58Allow your consciousness to float upward from the quiet, warm, and transparent water toward the light.
18:09Start to feel the edges of your body again.
18:12The weight of your hands.
18:15That slight tremor at the tips of your fingers.
18:20The coolness of the air touching your face.
18:25Everything is perfect.
18:28You are cleansed.
18:30You are reset.
18:33You are rebuilt.
18:34And whenever you want to return to this absolute silence, simply remembering this voice will be enough.
18:46Whenever you need to forget and free yourself from your burden, I will be here.
18:54Now, as I count from 1 to 5, you will return fully awake, energetic,
19:03and with an incredibly clear mind.
19:071. Feeling your body fully.
19:122. Energy spreading to all your cells.
19:183. Your mind is clean and sharp.
19:244. Take a deep breath.
19:285. Open your eyes.
19:305. You are fully awake.
19:396. You are fully awake.
