00:11Because all the other seasons I've managed, there were only positives.

00:20It's an exception this season for me, as it is for the players.
00:24The players are not used to losing a lot or having a lot of draws.
00:28I'm not used to that as well.
00:31It's always more of a challenge after you lose a game of football
00:35to get them going again than after a win to tell them
00:38that we were not as good as they might think they are.
00:41So, yeah, this season has been more challenging for me as well.
00:45But you also take nice things out of it, how weird that may sound.
00:51Because if we are able, I also look at how much improvement we are making.
