00:00Dealing with his sexuality was probably the hardest thing in this movie because he's not here.
00:06I don't know how he would feel today.
00:09So I've watched about a million interviews where he was asked a question or danced around the question.
00:17And so I had to say and then talk to his close friends.
00:20And you see Fonzie say, when we interviewed Fonzie, I could tell he was nervous because he knew the question was coming.
00:29And so he literally, that's what he says.
00:30He says, I don't know what I want to say about that.
00:32And then he said, maybe I'll do more.
00:35And as time went on, I thought, you know, we cut this scene a million ways till Sunday.
00:40We did it multiple ways.
00:43But when we found him saying that piece that he says, which is mind your business, it kind of felt like that's what he wants us to say.
00:53And, you know, part of being respectful of people's choice, of people's sexuality, of their individuality is respecting their choice.
01:02If their choice is to remain private, I respect you.
01:04If your choice is to be loud and proud, I respect you.
01:08And so that's kind of where we ended up.
01:11But it was difficult because you want to be true to my audience.
01:18You're my audience.
01:19But I also want to be true to him.
01:20So you're always balancing that.
01:21So this felt like, it felt like the right thing to do.
01:25It felt like the way to respect him.
