00:11And as black women, we are often pitted against each other
00:14or made to feel as if one has to be higher or bigger than the other.
00:18And I hope that you have never felt that I've done that to you
00:21and I certainly have not ever felt that from you.
00:23And so for me, it's like the relationships that we black women have
00:28with each other in these corporate spaces is important.
00:32It is critical to hold us up so that it can continue to foster
00:36even after you leave the job or you move on to the next thing.
00:39It's like that's actually where the support system is to help you increase
00:42because not everybody's going to understand what you do,
00:45but your sister that you met in the business will understand it.
