00:00Listen, a really short story.
00:02We started off as a food truck, food truck to the restaurant,
00:05restaurant to serving colleges with our seasoning, sauces, and lemonade.
00:10And we got into the seafood segment, serving them as well.
00:14We saw that there was an opening for a seafood line
00:19because we were already in the business.
00:20There was nobody that looked like us in the business,
00:23so we went right on in and filled that lane.
00:28So good.
00:29So good.
00:30Give it up for that.

00:33So now we want to get into some of the things that you guys brought for us here.
00:38Absolutely.

00:39So we have, so I'm Joe,
00:43and we have a seasoning called Joe's Southern Seasoning.
00:48And we created our product based around our seasoning, okay?
00:52So this is our Joe's Southern Salmon,
00:56and it has a sprinkle of our seasoning on it,
00:59so if you don't know how to cook.

01:01You know, if you're kind of like, right, you know what I'm saying?
01:06If you're kind of challenged a little bit on how to season your food,
01:12it's got instructions on it, it's really easy, air fryer friendly, it's really good.
