00:00So I heard there was a viral burger going around called the Crack Burger.
00:02And you all know there's no way I'm not going to give this a try, so we're going to see if it's worth the hype.
00:06Now it starts off pretty interesting with a pound of ground beef, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, some ranch seasoning, a little diced bacon, and some shredded cheddar cheese.
00:12And after we get it all mixed together really well, we're going to form everything together into roughly 5-ounce balls.
00:17I mean, I've seen people smash these and cook them on a grill, but I think a smash burger is definitely the move.
00:21So after we get these ready to go, we can head out to the smokestone and get it cranked up to high before we place down the balls and get them smashed right into the cooktop.
00:26Now I'm going to treat these like any other smash burger with one exception.
00:29We're going to lightly grease the cooktop to make sure it doesn't stick too bad.
00:32Trust me, I already had one failed attempt before the ones you're seeing right now.
00:35And after about 90 seconds, let's flip these over to reveal a pretty decent crust.
00:38And then I'm going to top these off with some Pobardi cheese and give that just a few seconds to melt.
00:41And all we have to do is get the patties stacked up and head inside so we can put this all together.
00:45And I'm going to start with a toasted potato bun covered in my new burger sauce before I place down two of the patties and hit the top bun with more burger sauce.
00:51Then we can cap this thing off and see if this viral crack burger is really that good.
00:57I mean, it's really good.
00:58I probably prefer a regular smash burger, but it's definitely worth trying at least once.
