00:00It's funny I'm talking about whiskey because I was never a whiskey guy.
00:03Like, I always felt like it was too smoky or it just too peaty for me.
00:08And, you know, but my love is rum.
00:12And I used to work on a brand called Zacapa Rum.
00:15It's from Guatemala. It's one of the best rums in the world.
00:18And when I went to Guatemala and I saw how the Master Blender,
00:24you know, how they age the rum and how they ferment
00:27and what they do with the sugar cane,
00:30and this process is really not much different than whiskey.
00:33You know, there's a barrel process, there's an agent process,
00:37and the distillation process is actually what got me into whiskey.
