00:00And my journey of, you know, being the bachelorette and dating multiple people at the same time, insane experience, but there was a lot of moments for me that I had to, you know, use just coping mechanisms and just regulating my emotions.
00:16And so a lot of my clinical skills that I, like, help other people with, like, I had to translate that over for myself in those very high, intense moments.
00:25Like, this is a very emotional journey.
00:28And so a lot of those moments where I just spent time to myself.
00:31So, you know, whether that's, like, journaling, I did a lot of that, but then also just a lot of, like, grounding techniques for myself, you know, even in moments when I'm on a date and I'm like, okay, I'm feeling a lot and I just need to, like, kind of come back to earth and be present.
00:45A lot of mindfulness practices.
00:47I will say the best thing I can recommend is just journaling because I think the most important thing is, like, you spending time with yourself, getting to know yourself.
00:54And for me, like, that was one of the huge, like, stepping stones for me to just really discover parts about myself that may I may not knew at the time.
