00:00There are studies that show that when kids, they asked, when does cardiovascular disease start, right?
00:06So they all looked at the pediatric patients and they saw that with poor diets,
00:11they started to develop coronary artery plaques by age five years old.
00:15So even though they may not be obese today, you're setting them up for heart disease later.
00:20So feeding them all of the processed frozen foods, all of those things,
00:24are going to individually land them up in a poor health spot.
00:27So I try to encourage, because I'm a mom, I have twins,
00:30I work, I do a lot of things.
00:32My slow cooker is my friend.
00:33You press the button, you got red beans, you know?
00:36You come home, ooh, somebody been cooking all day, right?
00:39So those things are relatively inexpensive.
00:42So making time for yourself, again, we're busy, but you have to make time for your body.
00:46You only get one.
