Aruwin Salehhuddin is Malaysia’s sole representative at the Olympic Winter Games, which saw her carrying the Malaysian flag at the opening ceremony on Feb 6 night in Milan, Italy. For the 21-year-old alpine skier, it is her second Winter Games appearance.

00:00Malaysia's sole representative in the Milano-Kortina Olympic Winter Games, Arwin Salehuddin, has checked into the athlete's village for her second Games appearance.
00:12The 21-year-old Alpine skier joined her coach and three other Malaysian contingent officials in Italy.
00:18She carried the Malaysian flag at the opening ceremony on Friday night.
00:24I'm super proud to be out here representing Malaysia. So yeah, it's going to be incredible. I'm super, super excited.
00:32She is competing in the slalom and giant slalom events.
00:36Besides the Olympics, Arwin said she also hoped to become the first Malaysian to compete in the World Cup.
00:43She said she wanted to see Malaysian people find inspiration to grow out of the mindset of skiing in a tropical country like Malaysia.
00:52Arwin competed at the Beijing 2022 edition where she finished 38th in the giant slalom but did not complete the slalom event.
