00:00I think for me for a long time I didn't know sort of what self-care was and I
00:05think I had to discover it over time and I would say especially around 2018 I
00:11realized that I didn't have a routine and I think routine is important just
00:16overall so for me I realized that I needed to be more in tune with myself
00:21listen to my body I think my mental health so I think for me it's just about
00:27sort of establishing what those routines are listening to myself and then also
00:32kind of exposing yourself what you consume on the internet really shapes
00:36your mind and the way that you think and how you're real so I think it's really
00:41important that we're mindful of what we're consuming what we're eating taking
00:45in what we're watching because that really shows up in your day-to-day
