00:24what Coach Harbaugh is going to do is to put in place a standard and parameters

00:33And those players, you know, it'll be a slight shock to some.
00:37Some guys are already at that level.
00:39Brian Burns is already playing at a level that is sustainable for success
00:43and being an example of what to do.
00:46But these guys want it. They say they want it.
00:48And I believe them. It's going to be uncomfortable for, you know,
00:52probably a month or so until they're like, okay,
00:54we're going to have to walk across glass and bare feet for a second.
00:57Now we got it. Now we're ready to go.
