00:00My name is Coco, the conversational freak.
00:06I am a sex coach and feminine wellness advocate.
00:10I am so excited to bring you guys this panel called Beauty Chronicles.
00:16And I'm even more excited because I'm joined by three women, three phenomenal women, who's
00:21changing the feminine health care game.
00:25So first, we have Dr. Tasha Rogers.
00:28We have Star Dockers and we have Hortys.
00:33Won't you ladies please join me on stage because we don't get right into it.
00:40I need y'all to give me that energy and the energy.
00:44And it is.
00:45And it is.
00:46If you got good coaching, make some noise.
00:48Help me out.
00:50Star did not have to play with it, not have to play.
00:53Ladies, thank you so much for joining me, okay?
01:02We're going to pitch three things.
01:03So, in this healthcare world, we are so put up in our mental health, our physical wellness,
01:11but we tend to forget our vaginal wellness.
01:15How important is it for us to take care of our vaginas as part of self-care, but as part
01:22of our mental health as well?
01:25I'm going to tell you how to do it.
01:26First of all, it is to know everybody.
01:28It makes you do it in the house.
01:29You know, it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor,
01:33it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor, it's in a janitor.
01:34Anyway, it is extremely important, and a lot of people, you know, really don't understand
01:39how your self-esteem comes into play when it deals with national issues.
01:43People don't like to go to the bathroom at people's houses, but this is something that
01:47are people behind.
01:48They don't like to use public bathrooms at work, but because they feel like it's running
01:51over and so long behind them.
01:53They have in a janitor, sometimes feel they're very uncomfortable.
01:57I love having sex, but they're able to test their self-order.
02:00So, what I'm telling you, it seriously impacts women and their well-being, and it's major.
02:06Yes, I feel like when I was in a war and started having sex, that was one thing I was always
02:11conscious about as a woman.
02:13I didn't even know what I was supposed to smell like.
02:15So, I was just like, oh, I don't know.
02:18I don't know.
02:19So, I think women like you guys are just super important.
02:22Star, you have sweet cookie wash.
02:25So, please tell us how vaginal health affects the game.
02:31Um, I would say that vaginal health, for me, is always a cookie wash is not a piece.
02:36So, if you're not glad that it's about down there, you're going to be feeling awkward.
02:41And she said, older, outside of order, right where it comes in town.
02:45When you get older, you want to have children.
02:47So, you can get sick before processing.
02:49If you're not taking an extra care of your vagina, you're going to be wondering why you're
02:54having infertility issues.
02:56And outside of issues, when you get your nails done, don't take me on the camera like this.
03:00I go, okay, okay, okay.
03:01You don't feel good in your vagina because you're taking care of it.
03:05You're getting a nice bath.
03:06There's these products that are safe.
03:08You're using the proper pads, tampons.
03:10You're using the right detergents.
03:13You don't feel more comfortable against you.
03:15Any space to mention the bathroom.
03:17And outside of freaking yourself out about order, you just want to make sure you have
03:21any property.
03:22And the only way you feel property is by taking care of something.
03:26House, girls, and everything right now.
03:30So, what is, we know that you have your grandpa's skin with you, face and beauty.
03:35So, with you, I know that you specialize in patients.
03:40So, how do you feel like that impacts your clients' mental health and their self-confidence
03:45when it comes to you?
03:47Well, as a physician, I know there's a lot of women who are very making yourself conscious
03:52about their vaginal areas and that she didn't be a thing because we all have a vagina.
03:57Um, I just feel that it's very important to feel confident in some more needs of yourself.
04:04So, I'm so confident, especially to say, like, with this collaboration, with being grown years
04:09and being aware that there's something normal throughout all the women and not simply yourself out
04:15and being aware that there's something that you're going to be a part of the women.
04:20And I completely agree that I have that decision.
04:22Yes.
04:22So, when I spoke to her, I feel like I can just spread my legs and just not be a judge and
04:29feel like, okay, she's going to take care of me because I am an old woman and she's so
04:34knowledgeable in that area, which brings me to my next question.
04:37A lot of brands need to capitalize off-party securities, off-national health, how can we open up these
04:44conversations, or look at the article there where brands are just trying to build off-party
04:49securities and brands just like guys who are trying to help yourself.
04:53Well, first of all, when it comes to brand-friendly industries, which is what I like to call them,
04:59because I want to look at them around for 10 games, they frame all the ignorances of people,
05:05and when I say ignorance, I mean actually understanding where women are from, comes from,
05:10and why you have people working, and what it actually means.
05:13And so, the best thing you can do is educate yourself about what's happening in your body,
05:17and outside is educate yourself about what's happening in your body by the provider that's actually
05:22going to listen to you, and then if she has your knowledge, if somebody has your money
05:26for you to take a prescription to get you, that's not a good idea, you know, if it's not,
05:32it's just that you're taking this, you have to fix the problem, and if you're constantly
05:36not fixing the problem, you're reacting to a prescription, that's a problem, so the best
05:40thing I don't want to do is get educated and say, hey, I don't think this is why I can't
05:44get the same, the kid, and you've got a 7-year-old, nothing to get it, because there is a way
05:49that I can't get it, I've got a 7-year-old, nothing to get it, nobody's actually fixing it,
05:54they just continue to do the same things, me, for, and over again.
05:58This is one of the things I find myself on an Atlanta premiere, they literally do not
06:02have a reference to that, so if they get it in, there's literally nobody in my private
06:08business who says, I got it, I can't get rid of it, and I actually have to take this medication,
06:13nobody's going to get it.
06:14I love that, and you said one of the most major things is making sure you have a health
06:20care provider, both not only listens to your concern, but also make sure that that concern
06:26is key to carry, so start this numbering to you, you have sweet, cookie, wash, now, that
06:33is for a large, I believe, like 30 different types, so if you want to stay ready, this is
06:39what I'm saying, ready for yourself, you have these for afterburn, you have these for
06:46pregnancy, so how do you feel like these things continue to grow up on natural hair?
06:52Well, I think, just like for your skin, you don't just use one product, you don't just have
06:58one hair care recipe, or one hair care product, you don't just have to decide what protein works
07:05for your vagina, you don't just have knowledge, speaking to somebody, turning your body, not
07:11even right to swipe my statement, be like, okay, this is not that way yesterday, or the last
07:17game, so carry some kids off, you have to really start trying, just because you can't listen to
07:22me, and I'll give you a solution, but my solution might not work for you, because I don't have
07:27to say, God is you, but I'll be having an overall understanding, but John is a national
07:32adult, you have to understand, one of the main reasons people are preying on their insecurities,
07:37is because it's a part of marketing and business, and it involves different means, no matter what
07:44business you pick up, you tell you, find a problem and solve it, so what people end up doing
07:49is, saying, hey, your problem is older, you solve it by this, but as she said, he wants
07:56you to keep coming back, so they don't really want to fix the problem or tell you how you
08:01can get rid of the problem, they just want to continue to say that he's going to understand
08:05that it's a part of business, so it's time for me to go outside of what the doctor says
08:12and there's something, and there's something that I can actually trust, so who is our friend,
08:19and you know, figure out what works for you, because one problem is happening in our life,
08:24like there's just risk of panty-liners, a lot of people are at the top to use panty-liners,
08:29see, these people shall use me, I've never, I think I've never mispraced knowing that they're
08:33supposed to use panty-liners safely, because when they work and they're supposed to be discharged,
08:38Like I said this, I can't make people one word.
08:41I think it will sit from all eternity.
08:44So if you are a person that's using panty liners or pads or tampons, I would say it's an organic one.
08:50It's something that you know that ingredients are good for your body.
08:53We also go to say, okay, you could just use a mild-dump soul.
08:57Okay, but we could also use a soul that's literally specialized in being for your vagina.
09:03So these are all things you have to think about it as you said.
09:06I mean, you have so many secrets that you try to count and care about, whether it's weight, time,
09:12it's called, you know, spray, you know, it's not so bad, but you can't think for products to cater to use a mild-dump soul.
09:20I love that you're a couple of years.
09:22So these are what's the point.
09:24So, Lauren, as we're talking about self-confidence, again, what can change lives with?
09:29You know, this may not just teach you.
09:31What concerns do you feel like when they talk about the most when they come to you?
09:34Okay, so my clients tend to tell me a lot about immunization.
09:40And that's one of the main things in memory about self-immimmization.
09:44And, of course, we want to worry about those things that is played in the memory and everything.
09:49You have to understand also that being darker inside the area is completely normal.
09:55Because if you're fighting and you can't even out in the same zone,
09:58with consolidation and achievements, they write in changes.
10:02But if you never want to be so far out of this, about those things,
10:05you just don't want to learn more than you are in the room.
10:07I want to tell you that I need this gardener.
10:10And today, I guess this is completely normal for them to be gardener.
10:14And another thing that it seems to have talked to me about life is being from the camps.
10:19Maybe it's going to be in the spirit of something and maybe it's going to be in the room.
10:22I was just about to know you.
10:24I love you.
10:24I don't know if we can't get rid of those big road chairs because we know.
10:28I don't know if we can't get rid of those big road chairs.
10:29I don't know if we can't get rid of those big road chairs.
10:30All right.
10:30Obviously, there is no connection because of how you can't get exfoliating.
10:35What would they use to exfoliate with?
10:37So to exfoliate, you can get a simple exfoliating.
10:40We'll go start to keep it by.
10:42You can do that.
10:43Insert your eye on the nail polish.
10:45It's three or four times when you hear those advanced into your skin.
10:48It's damp airy.
10:50Just on your skin, send your hair to exfoliate.
10:52Or at least on the microbees.
10:55Or just in the middle, sorry.
10:56So microbees are very good, but also in exfoliating.
11:03We can't do things.
11:04So it's like Santa's face.
11:07You need to watch Santa's face.
11:09And you stick for that area, not just for your face.
11:14Okay.
11:14I have to be about that.
11:16So I have to turn to Dr. Tasha.
11:20As I told you to Ryan a little over a week ago,
11:24Roe vs. Wade was overturned.
11:26Now, we also need to know, as women,
11:30what can we do with this decision to protect ourselves in the best way possible?
11:36Okay.
11:36I don't know about so much, especially because
11:39it's actually really good to know it's women's health.
11:43What is happening?
11:44It's really great.
11:45And for me, and what I'm preaching right now is prevention, prevention, prevention.
11:50I'm always preaching prevention.
11:51I don't know if he's a man who's telling you to do with this whole plan B thing.
11:55Y'all know that the failure angle plan B is almost 20%, right?
11:59So, jeez, I think that plan B is going to be your solution.
12:03That is not it.
12:04The biggest thing that we need to do is start with this even further with this thing.
12:09Like, people always let him or be a part of this.
12:11What's up with your control?
12:12It's not for all of them.
12:13All of it doesn't have to be a part of it.
12:15I don't want to be a game.
12:16I don't think it ain't right with this.
12:18It's not for you.
12:18It won't be a game with any other part of this.
12:20It won't be a game with any other part of this.
12:50It's not for all sin.
12:52It's a, listen, let's run this in.
12:54And figure out what's going to be necessary based on your expectations and what you want.
12:59But anybody out there is not a good thing.
13:02Not right now.
13:03So, when you mention non-formal birth control because that is amazing.
13:09There's a lot of what we have.
13:10It is not normal.
13:12It is not normal birth control.
13:13So what is non-formal birth control option?
13:16So, the non-formal birth control option that I wish for my patients is lightning.
13:21I don't think it's a bad way.
13:23But it's not because it's a bad way that the birth control is absolutely amazing.
13:27It's just a bad way that the condition that man out there serves practitioners and guys.
13:31If it would have been an infinite wrong, it's a surgical procedure that a person should be
13:35done.
13:36It should be performed.
13:36I don't think it's another question of what is wrong to stand to do.
13:40And also, when you have an IV, there's no hormone circulating in your flesh or your head.
13:46There is hormone inside of your head.
13:49So that you don't have a period or a heavy period.
13:51But there's something that's circulating in your blood.
13:55I love that.
13:56So we're going to light the board a little bit.
13:57And so I'm engaging around.
14:00So just let me know that this is where we're going to talk about vaginal rich inflammation.
14:04We're going to talk about vaginal rich inflammation, okay?
14:06Tell me, what do you need?
14:08Because, you know, there's a different way to be interviewed.
14:10So we're bringing this.
14:12What is a different way to be interviewed?
14:13So we said that this is a family show.
14:16I can't think of it.
14:17We're going to talk about that.
14:18So we're going to keep it a little PG.
14:20We're going to keep it PG.
14:21What are some vaginal rich inflammation?
14:24Okay, so at our vagina spot in Florida, we don't do the tests.
14:30We don't do the surgical ones.
14:31We don't do the, um, the surgical ones you have now when you see the log inside of you.
14:36It's like a distraction.
14:37I don't know what it's called.
14:38It's a lot of stress.
14:40Or it's a lot of stress.
14:41We don't do that.
14:42But the only region of the nation we actually specialize in is vaginal steaming.
14:46Which is, I don't do that.
14:47You know what I mean by the way I'm here?
14:49Jamaica, China, Canada, Canada, okay, okay.
14:52So, because I'm Jamaican, I'm just a big part of me and my culture.
14:59So, I just, so, so, what I once learned about vaginal steaming, I've been to my grandma.
15:05She's like, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap.
15:08The whole case of, you know, doing what else used to do.
15:11So, I really took it upon myself to study, learn more, and take risks into practice of vaginal rejuvenation.
15:18To me, a lot of girls have to decay off of birth control.
15:21You know, sometimes they have a hard time in their period right away.
15:25So, because, you know, the more, it's increasing blood flow.
15:29So, if your blood is flowing, you know, everything can, you know, properly come out.
15:33But, I don't personally, I don't suggest or recommend anything inside of you.
15:38I'm leaving there for days, like, two times where I've slipped into it.
15:42I'm not really wanting to call me skim.
15:44It's a great place, like, team free of vaginal.
15:47It's just, you know, that's how I think of it.
15:49I hope that I recently just got my first me skim.
15:53I was in a group.
15:55Guys, have you seen all that?
15:58Um, we've got to have all this actually.
15:59Right, honestly, I sat on the pod.
16:02And it was very relaxing to know that you could feel your vagina just kind of just opening
16:09eyes.
16:10And just being able to receive, like, all those nerves.
16:13But at the same time, your mind is just so relaxed.
16:16It was like a double warning.
16:17So, now I'm wondering, would I be able to get me, see, and then go ahead on the station?
16:24Okay, so here's what's the fun thing.
16:28Tell me how you do it, sir.
16:30See, it's the invitation.
16:32What do you do?
16:32So, I am a self-personally, a small partner, a piece of paper, and I know these things.
16:37That's because I'm a big fan.
16:38I just want to try to say, I am a real artist.
16:43I'm a big fan.
16:43I'm a big fan.
16:44I'm a big fan.
16:45I'm a big fan.
16:45I'm a big fan.
16:46I'm a big fan.
16:46I'm a big fan.
16:47I'm a big fan.
16:48I'm a big fan.
16:49I'm a big fan.
16:49I'm a big fan.
16:50I'm a big fan.
16:50I'm a big fan.
16:51Can I ask for a question?
16:52I don't know if this is something.
16:54But the customers say they seem for more than potential because for some people, once
16:59you have the same, they're here.
17:00I'm a big fan.
17:01I'm a big fan.
17:02So, one of the people who have the same, they're here.
17:04I'm a big fan.
17:05And they decide, okay, they can take this same rules.
17:08So, this is the same before.
17:10So, because my kid on the needle of a potential, they use the same or things on their potential.
17:15So, it's just the same when it's a potential.
17:18It's like, I don't think I don't know if it's been a big fan of action.
17:21So, yeah.
17:22There are ways for a skin and interpretation because for me, this force is into the skin.
17:26It's a different aspect.
17:27Right.
17:28So, you're going to tie it on my hair, right?
17:29And then you can see.
17:30Okay, so it's pretty much how it works for you and how your body responds.
17:57So it's finding what works for you, what works for your body.
18:02Now, we're talking about outside the body.
18:05Dr. Tasha, you have a penny washed your body.
18:09See, and see, and tell us what is this detergent, what is this wash, and please put us on here.
18:17Okay, so cleaning kit really helps us develop from the needs of a patient that had.
18:23It's a really cool story, but essentially, it is a penny washed design specifically.
18:27To cleanse the panties, women, you're looking at your time, your third generation, your age, all of these different detergents.
18:37They don't actually clean one set of vagina.
18:40Women have eaten one set of panties of women from heart discharge.
18:43The bacteria, these blood, and when I say old, if I'm old, I'm like, you know, I'm sitting there right now.
18:50Well, those guys are just taking the panties all in the North State, but that's, you know, they're going to be way, they're going to be way, they're going to be way, they're going to be way, they're going to have some dirt, they're going to have some discharge, they're going to have a bad quadrant.
18:59Well, what do you think is growing up in moisture for that whole weight?
19:03Well, it's just very important.
19:05And so you're having the same panties over and over and over again, and that's part of my issue, too.
19:11Guys, panties are five numbers.
19:13Every six to nine months, it's just 20 months.
19:17So again, Victoria's sake, whatever that is, your jam is.
19:20I'll get no panties, but don't keep the whole ones straight five or six whole ones away and read them with the no ones.
19:26And with the panties, well, there's four ingredients.
19:30All there's four ingredients.
19:31It is vegan, hypoallergenic.
19:34All those things smells absolutely wonderful.
19:36We're getting the cleanest.
19:37All of them, then, make us very happy.
19:39These are for jimples, leggings, everybody doesn't wear panties.
19:42I use it for my linen, my towels, and then my friend.
19:46She's with me all day, and she was like, oh, I use it.
19:49What does it make sense?
19:50It doesn't get to be clean, and I don't know if you're worried about the panties.
19:52So it is absolutely amazing.
19:54And then if you came up with the meds, because they want to settle into, you know, they want to get introduced to people downstairs and don't want to have lawyers.
20:02It's also more exciting.
20:03And women have been responding to that.
20:05And they love it.
20:06And it gets you off of their train.
20:08Meditation for vaginitis, then meditation for vaginitis, then meditation for vaginitis.
20:12I just mean, because all the time, it's not necessarily your passion, the vagina, your spine.
20:17It's not just actually your pants.
20:20I'm sorry, I'm going to just show up to you a little bit.
20:23Again, this conversation is needed, especially for us men's women.
20:27So, after meeting here today, you guys cannot say, you guys were not posting.
