07:18We have now come to spot number two here at Tutkaiya village in Gariyaban district where the entire violence erupted and engulfed the two communities who were engaged in this raging war that they waged against each other.
07:32What raises is the serious questions now in this entire incident that why these repeat offenders who were known by the police system the same accused who were caught earlier on camera assaulting people and vandalizing a temple were arrested but later released on bail within a couple of days after being jailed.
07:50And despite their violent background clear threat to public peace no strict monitoring was done and today after the release the same elements became the entire reason of the communal violence in villages under the Gariyaban district.
08:03And now the big question arises what the police forces were doing when these people were out and spreading utter nonsense on the streets.

10:53This dispute quickly took shape of an enraged communal violence that clearly engulfed the entire Gariyaband district which could have been easily avoided.
