38-year-old Mike Macdonald could become the third-youngest head coach ever to win a Super Bowl
Transcript
00:00When I think of like a stereotypical hard-nosed football coach, like that's what he is.
00:04Having him as a head coach, he brings a lot to the table because he's a mastermind.
00:07Being a young coach and being diverse in his play calling, I feel like it fits players so well.
00:37He is who he is, you know what I mean?
00:39He doesn't try to change who he is with anybody.
00:43I mean, he's super smart.
00:45He's not one of those guys that like, you know, hook smart and, you know, like he's really about football and all about the game.
00:52Coach is, he's one of the greatest leaders I think I've been around.
01:09He's just, he's very relaxed when he wants to be and intense when he needs to be.
01:14And he just has a great balance to that and I think that reflects in our team too.
01:16He's about the process, the work, doing it the right way and enjoying it while you're doing it.
01:35And when he gets the whole team to buy into it and do the hard things, like, that's how you know that he's got something.
01:45When guys are doing that and following him and doing what he has.
01:48Schematically, he's the best, but also just like the culture that he's built on this team and it all has started with him.
02:10And so, just, I feel very grateful to be able to play underneath a coach like Mike.
02:14It's just been an awesome experience.
