00:56on who you are. Well, first of all, your hair is amazing. Okay. Yes. I had to find myself
01:03yesterday. Awesome. Okay. So I'm actually originally from New York, but my family and I relocated
01:13to Atlanta back in November. So we are new to the area. I am a holistic nutritionist, a
01:19wellness blogger, and a non-toxic living consultant. I am also a lupus warrior, have been bent free
01:25for nine years and helped others to achieve the best health for themselves hair to toe.

01:36doing. I know you're going to get these answers, this answer, right? Because I mean, you have
01:40the background, right? Yes. Okay. All right. Here is the first question. We asked our wellness
01:48health resident doctors, how many hours do doctors recommend you turn off all electronic devices
01:55before bed for optimal rest and sleep? What is your answer? Okay. Universe, be with me. I'm going to say
02:05four hours. Huh? Let's see. Four hours. That's really good because really we all should log off
02:14four hours, but doctors recommend two hours. Wow. Yeah. So I'm doing better than what they
02:22recommend. Exactly. So do you actually log off four hours? Yes. I log off and my husband hates this,
02:30but I make everybody turn off the wifi as well when we go to bed. Really? I noticed a pattern. We do
02:37sleep a lot better once the wifi is turned off. They say it's radiation and things like that. So it can
02:42actually hinder your sleep. Um, those magnetic magnetic waves. So yes, we turn everything off
02:48usually anywhere between three and four hours, but my husband has to work. I just have them go in a
02:53separate area of the house away from the kids. Right. That's really good. So now I'm learning from you
02:59today. That's fantastic. So doctors recommend two, but Stephanie, it looks like you are doing, you're
