00:09meetings. I've never seen one person have one idea that comes up fully perfect. It's normally like
00:15you build and you build and you build. And before you know it, you have this great concept. And so
00:20you want a culture to foster that, that not only is allowing people to be agreeable, but also to
00:27be honest. One of the highest ranking black executives gave me a piece of advice when I
00:32first started. And he said, you know, Sybil, don't be an empty suit. And what he meant by that was
00:37don't sit in the room and sit at the table and not speak.
