Cool Feet — Burning Desire 1976 (Luxembourg, Hard Rock)

Not much is known about this band. The quartet formed in 1968 in the German-speaking region of Gutland, located in the southern and central parts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, making up 68% of its territory. The album "Burning Desire" was recorded in Germany at producer Dieter Dierks's renowned studio in Cologne in 1976 and released in a small print run on the independent label Pallas. Musically, it's fairly traditional, albeit energetic, hard rock of the era, similar to Scorpions, UFO, Judas Priest, and dozens of other similar bands. The band disbanded in the early 1980s but reformed in the 1990s with a new lineup.Good debut album, Scorpion sounding hard rock with some light heavy metal touches here and there. Covert art looks like something from the late 60s and although you should never judge a book (or album) by its cover I initially did and was then pleasently surprised by the music.
