00:00Curtis, you and I on Saturdays do most to gain, most to lose quite often.
00:04Now in a Super Bowl, everybody's got something to gain, everybody's got something to lose.
00:09It's easy to just default to quarterback and coach here.
00:13I mean, Vrabel literally has most to lose if he wins, I guess, so that's kind of weird with the member talk.
00:18But who do you think, like, what's at stake here? Superstardom for Drake if he wins?
00:24I think the most to gain, if I had to pick one, I go with Vrabel because he does something nobody's ever done, winning a Super Bowl for a team as a coach and a player.
00:42He is in year one with the most, this becomes the most amazing turnaround in Boston sports history.
00:4718 wins, tying the 0-17, but this time the 18 wins brings you a championship.
00:51championship, I think, and most to lose, oh man, could I, I guess, I guess you could say Drake May.
01:00I think you could say Drake May. He has the most to lose.
01:03If he plays poorly, then the playoffs sort of negate, if he gets the MVP tonight, he plays poorly on Sunday, he will not be treated kindly across the country.
01:12Don't you think, though, he also has the most to gain, right?
01:14No, I just said Vrabel.
01:15No, I know, but I'm, yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm pushing back a little bit because if he wins the MVP tonight and that was to go out and win the Super Bowl, that's arguably the greatest second season in NFL history.
01:26Yeah.
01:27It's very similar to Mahomes, it's true.
01:28It's a great season.
01:29Mahomes didn't even get to the Super Bowl in his second year.
01:31His third year, you're right.
01:32First year as a starter, right?
01:34Yeah, no, I think this would be, I mean, you could.
01:36It's a toss up between Vrabel and Drake of who has the most to gain. Most to lose, though, like, even with Drake, because of the shoulder, I think he gets an out of it.
01:46Like, when it comes to the postseason. Now that he's said that he turned a corner, if he plays terribly in the Super Bowl, then yeah.
01:52But if he plays mediocre or what we've been seeing, I don't know.
01:56What if Sam Darnold, what if Sam Darnold outperforms you in the Super Bowl?
02:00But he's good. It's not like he's horrible. People have come around now that he's good.
02:06But that's why I think Sam Darnold has the most to lose.
02:09Like, if he's terrible in the Super Bowl and is seeing ghosts again, like, that will be all people are talking about.
02:14Well, I don't know, Shime, if you have that clip of Cam Jordan from yesterday, but you're right about that.
02:19Like, one loss can change the narrative on a guy. Cam Jordan's on the ESPN set talking about Josh Allen and saying, oh, here, play the clip.
02:26Josh Allen, if I thought anything, I thought this was the year.
02:30Yeah, of course. I said, oh, oh, they're all out. All these guys are out. It's his time.
02:34And he proved what I thought about him. He plays excellent during season.
02:39He shows up. He is Superman. And at the same time, he can't win those big games right now.
02:44So this is like an important player in the league saying, Josh Allen can't win the big game.
02:49He's Phil Mickelson before he won a major, which is mind boggling when you think about that.
02:55But he's getting close to 30. And so that's going to start to become the narrative.
02:58But that's I mean, it would be weird if it wasn't the narrative. I mean, Josh Allen, we believe, is the most talented player in the NFL.
03:03Yeah. And at least offensively. And you have what year is he? How what year is this for Josh Allen?
03:09Has to be like six or seven. So Peyton Manning, everybody that was great that didn't win early.
03:16John Elway is probably the greatest example of that. You know, that is the story of the best quarterback in the NFL doesn't win a Super Bowl.
03:23He's viewed as a fraud. This was year eight. Great. Two good suggestions on the text line.
03:27Six one seven seven seven nine seven nine three seven two oh seven.
03:30Texter will Campbell most to lose if he plays poorly. I feel I do feel nervous for what's coming up here, though.
03:38Like, I don't think he has a ton to lose. He hasn't played great in the playoffs as it is.
03:41It's not like you have a lot to lose. But people are saying that's the weak link of the Patriots.
03:45Right. These two rookies on the left, if they lose the game, they're going to be a mess.
03:48But Will Campbell's is definitely not like, is the light too bright for him?
03:52It's he came back from injury and hasn't been the same.
03:54But I just think Drake may write. We all he has been what we have all credited all season long as this unbelievable, spectacular season.
04:03We've run out of adjectives to praise him with. Rightfully so.
04:05If he plays poorly, not saying he will, if and they lose the conversation that we were about to have about who would you take over him?
04:18Would you take my homes over him? Well, all this that he goes way back to the bottom of the mountain.
04:22And because that is what people's lasting image will be the outside of these six states, they view the Patriots as fraudulent.
04:30I don't think they're right, but that's how they view them. And if you lose to the Seahawks team and your quarterback continues the poor play in the postseason, that is the pullout story.
04:40Oh, I don't disagree with you, Curtis. I think he absolutely has the most to lose. I just think simultaneously has the most to gain as well.
04:46He's kind of right on the fence at this moment where he's either going to fall one way or the other.
04:50Yeah. Realize on him.
04:51I sneaky think Christian Gonzalez has a lot to lose and gain in this game, because if he shuts down JSN, keeps him under 80 yards, no touchdowns, he's going to get paid that max contract he wants.
05:02And if JSN goes out, two touchdowns, buck 50, it's going to be a lot harder for him. So I think financially, Gonzo has a lot to lose in this game.
05:09And who do you think, Greg or Wiggy, who has the most weight to lose?
05:12Well, Wiggy's still on the one meal a day.
05:1440 pounds down.
05:15That's amazing. Good job, Wigs.
05:16That is, whatever, it doesn't matter what I think. That food last night, by the way, looked awesome.
05:21Looked good.
05:22What was the Italian place they went to?
05:23It was like Mario's, I think.
05:24Oh, Greg sent them Olive Garden gift cards.
