03:17So again, I'll talk a little bit more about Gauntlet.
03:21So Gauntlet has been an actual series, a game series that was created and developed by Midway
03:29Games.
03:30It initially started as a little arcade game where you can hang out with your friends and
03:36sort of just play with a particular set of characters and then try to go as far as possible
03:42without having to die.
03:46And if you died, then you would have to pay more money through the arcade.
03:50So as you can imagine, Gauntlet was the hit because everyone was trying to beat the demon
03:57King named Scorn.
03:59Anyways, so eventually Gauntlet became successful, then hit the 2000s.
04:06Actually, no, not even before that.
04:07I think there was a Gauntlet on the 64.
04:11Yeah, there was a Gauntlet Dark Legacy on the Nintendo 64.
04:15And, wait, no, not Legacy, but it's the original Gauntlet, Gauntlet Legends.
04:19And that game had the entire content, I guess I'll say that, because I can't think of the
04:31word right now.
04:33It had everything packed in one little cartridge.
04:39And that was, I guess, a success.
04:41And that led to Gauntlet Dark Legacy.
04:43Now, Gauntlet Dark Legacy, what it did was, not only did it use different pieces of music
04:54because it was a remaster of Gauntlet Legends, but it also added new content where you can
05:00actually face Garm, who was, was he the brother?
05:06No, he wasn't the brother of Scorn.
05:08I don't think so.
05:09No, but he essentially did not like Summoner, I think.
05:16And when Scorn died, Garm stole his power.
05:23I'm trying to remember, because it's been a while since I played the game.
05:27And then you had to go through a full-on section where you had to go into, obviously you were
05:33in the depths of hell, but you were in the underworld.
05:35So you were, it was a terrible, you know.
05:40And that's the thing about Gauntlet Games.
05:43The levels are not easy.
05:45The levels take a lot of time and a lot of patience to complete.
05:49And if you're not well equipped, then you will get brutally mauled or hurt.
05:57Yeah, because they, it doesn't hold back.
06:03Gauntlet does not hold back.
06:04If you don't know what you're doing, if you're not prepared.
06:09You have a variety of characters that you can use as well.
06:12You have the wizard, you have the dwarf, you have the sorcerer, you have, I mean, you have
06:18the sorceress, the knight, the Valkyrie.
06:21The list goes on and on and on.
06:23But you have a wide variety of characters that you can use.
06:27And that's what also makes the Gauntlet Games so unique.
06:31Oh, I remember, you have Archer and Jester.
06:34So, that along with the music choices that they made, it's not just the same thing or it's
06:39not just the same level.
06:41They try to mix it up and they try to give you puzzles too.
06:44That's the thing.
06:45They also have puzzles.
06:47And you can unlock characters.
06:50So, that is what made Gauntlet as a game stand out from other adventure games.
06:57Is it a platform?
06:58It's not a platform game.
06:59It's more so an adventure, shoot-em-up style game, but not with bullets.

10:01say is actually I want to remind you first off that I made two videos before one

12:05lot of effort into it just it was one of those videos that I wanted to do good at

12:21happening with YouTube right now the social media platform I do not see
12:26YouTube the same way as I used to yeah for instance you remember how I talked
12:31about Jimmy Donaldson or mr. beast and how he sort of changed the way YouTube
12:38videos you know perform and stuff well with everything that's been happening I
12:45have come to just not be happy with the current age of the current era of YouTube
