Emergency services evacuate residents of flooded areas in Alcacer do Sal

Emergency services use a boat to rescue residents of Alcacer do Sal isolated by rising waters in Portugal, amid heavy rain and flooding. Storm Leonardo has been battering the Iberian Peninsula, killing at least one person, who was swept away by the current in the municipality of Serpa after trying to cross a flooded area.
