00:41Pagbobotohan ang lahat ng kongresista kung pabor sila sa report ng Justice Committee.
00:47Kailangan lang ng one-third o 105 na kongresista para tuluyang mabasura ang report.
00:53Ayon sa chairperson ng kumite, wala pang nangyayaring pagbaligtad ng plenario sa Justice Committee report.
