00:00I know when we talked a little while ago, there's change that still needs to happen in this industry, right?
00:06There's a moment that we still need to lean in.
00:10Can you talk a little bit about what change you want to see happen in the industry at large?
00:15I think we are part of that change.
00:17When Desiree said collaboration over competition, I remember, and I've always been, I'm a competitor, let's be honest.
00:25But I think we can all win.
00:26There could be multiple winners.
00:27But I was astounded when we entered the beauty industry, how many people were so behind closed doors, closed off.
00:35There wasn't enough knowledge sharing.
00:37So we lead with our hearts.
00:40Like with Desiree, we're like, we'll tell you what we can, we'll tell you what we can't.
00:44But, you know, the market is changing.
00:46And I think when we look at partnerships like Walmart and Lunamagic or Walmart and black-owned brands, you know, there's a lot that we can learn from a behemoth like Walmart.
00:55But there's also that Walmart can learn from us, an indie brand that's closer to what makes the customer tick, if that makes sense.
01:03And if we're able to both, you know, meet in the middle and find some common ground, I think that's where the magic happens.
01:09And then what goes on?
