00:00Mr Speaker, it is absolutely right for the House to have debated this incredibly important issue today, and in the spirit it has.
00:05And I do want to thank honourable members and right-hand members for that.
00:09As I said, the lies, venality and treachery of Mandelson, shameless House.
00:14And I, the Prime Minister, and I know honourable members all around me, have nothing but contempt for the way he acted and lied to the British people.
00:20I'm glad this will now be shown to the British people.
00:23I share the anger, the disgust of so many other members of this House.
00:27And Mr Speaker, we will comply with this motion, the amended motion.
00:30We will update the House on progress with that.
00:32And with that in mind, Mr Speaker, I beg to move the manuscript amendment in the name of the Prime Minister.
00:39The question is that Amendment A be made since when an amendment to the amendment has been proposed as follows,
00:47that amendment, at the end of the Amendment A, and which shall instead be referred to the Intelligence and Security Committee in Parliament,
00:55the question is that the amendment be made and proposed amendment be made.
01:00As many of that opinion say aye.
01:02Aye.
01:04The God's read all.
01:05I think the ayes have it.
01:07The ayes have it.
