00:06You always have to be a little bit cautious when approaching. The note that
00:11was left for him said that he was a good boy and to help him find a home. As soon
00:17as he saw me he started wiggling around and it was very obvious that he was a
00:22big mush. It is peak summer so we were really worried about him being dehydrated.
00:29He is a good boy. I took him to my home. He got food, he got water. We were not capable
00:41of fostering him at that time. It was so heartbreaking to have to bring him to the
00:48San Diego Humane Society. I continued to go visit him every day. I'm here at the San
00:54Diego Humane Society again. I brought treats for Juniper. He was thrilled to see me
01:00every time I walked in. He was so sweet, wiggling, squishing himself against the
01:05cage for me to pet him. I really needed to set Juniper up for success. It worked out
01:13for the best because he only stayed in the shelter for a few days. We were able to
01:17bring Juniper into a foster home until we figured out a family to adopt him. And a family from
01:25LA came down. When they came to meet him, he was so excited. They thought he was the best
01:34fit for their family. How funny and goofy he is. So I thought this was a perfect match.
01:39I do feel a sense of pride and happiness helping him find a home and saving him that day.
