I'll be honest, I felt like I got the code switch because of some of the like control, very, um, the microaggression and the controlling language. Yeah. You know, I noticed in that meeting you were just a tad loud and aggressive. What I found throughout my career was I would be celebrated initially and then be faced with a lot of microaggression. How I've been able to excel in my career was really
