Travis Wood, from London, United Kingdom, filmed himself getting completely stuck inside the tube style entrance doors at a PureGym location.
The video shows Travis trapped in the narrow doorway as he tries to wriggle free, while a gym staff member attempts everything possible to help get him out.
As seconds pass, the panic starts to set in, with both Travis and the worker clearly unsure how to fix the situation as nothing seems to work.
The clip captures the fear of being stuck in public and the uncomfortable reality of relying on a system that suddenly fails.
