00:07just better to be around beautiful black women that like people.
00:10Yep. And I love it.
00:11So it's so good to be here, and I wanted to make sure that I made sure that I had time to do this.
00:19And you know, Angenue is, of course, being honored,
00:21who portrays your incredible mother in King Richard.
00:26What is it like to not only have seen the success of King Richard,
00:30but the success of Angenue as she played that role?
00:32And it earned her an Oscar nomination.
00:34It did. And she did such an amazing job with that role.
00:38I mean, she really portrayed my mom in the best light and in the best way.
00:42And it really brought my mom to life.
00:46And looking at her on screen was literally like looking at my mom.
00:50And it was like, when an actor does that, and you are the subject,
00:55and you know the real person, it's different.
