00:26what is one change that you would like to see happen in the world as a bohemian and as a woman
00:33of color i shouldn't have to ask someone to respect me and as such i'd like to see more focused social
00:39equity for people of color specifically women that look like me allowing us to actually be safe in the
00:47cities that we're in wow thank you so much crystal i appreciate you sharing and i agree there's
00:53definitely inequality in the workplace um and being a woman on top of being a woman of color
01:00for us it can be it is very challenging and that is something i would definitely like to see
01:05change or shift happen this upcoming election come november 3rd so thank you so much for speaking

01:21they would like to see happen in this world and what matters to them heaven please share with us
01:26what matters to you
01:27the one thing that i would really want to see change in our world right now is around homelessness
01:34and poverty there are currently so many individuals in new york city and in major cities all across
01:39the world that are living in homelessness and poverty and so what are we going to do as a country
01:43as a community and as people to ensure that people have the basic necessities and as we're dealing
01:48with covid and we know that so many people are going to be homeless what are we going to do during
01:52this season to ensure that the families that have lost their home have some place to live
01:56yes thank you so much heaven urban cities tend to get neglected and i think because of everything
02:02that has been happening in 2020 it's made it a little worse now even more families are losing their
02:09homes and the employment rate is skyrocketing and now people really there's homeless people
02:15everywhere so i definitely think that we need to stop treating cities certain cities as third world
02:22and really pay attention to their needs and make sure that they're not neglected but thank you so

03:00i would honestly love to see a bill pass a police reform bill pass so with that being said i just want
03:06to encourage everyone to remember that their voices do matter all of our voices matter there's so much
