00:30because I know you guys want to know what do you put in it huh like I said
00:34earlier today or on average right on average I kind of you have to be
00:39somewhat of a scientist with your hair because I will say every single time the
00:43one that rules is the hair so you have to respect that animal right and you go
00:47hair what do you want it to be today are you gonna obey or are you gonna give me
00:52a funky day where I have to put you up in a chic chignon right what day is it
00:55hair and hair will speak to you very eloquently by showing up and either
01:00being out of control or just right and on average I use and a mix chicks
01:06conditioner leave-in conditioner mix chicks leave-in conditioner is perfect
01:09on a day you just want to throw it back in a braid and rejuvenate the like your
01:13hair so it's not so dry but also you can put it on as the first layer before you
01:17put your other products on I just love the way it leaves your hair really silky and
01:21manageable okay and but not sticky which we talked about sticky is bad we don't
01:25want sticky or crunchy don't do sticky or crunchy because if you want people to
01:28be able to touch it you know if need be and this you guys her hair is very soft
01:32and touchable there's no crunch factor at all so then I would put on living proof
01:38they have oh yeah have you heard of it of course it was developed by MIT
01:42scientists why it's so genius even though for the most part they do girls products
01:46where they can do their hair straight this is for curling no frizz I really like it
01:50and it has like this conditioner feeling as well okay so I put a little bit of
01:54that depending on what day it is if I need a lot more moisture or less okay I
01:58do a dollop of it a dollop and then from there I'll use a little Moroccan oil
02:02cream oh yeah that's kind of the cocktail of du jour cocktail du jour okay I like
02:08that curl cocktail cocktail all right but I also love weed ad oh there's those days
02:13now if you wear your hair natural you know that you can't wash it every day
02:17because you'll get this wimp wimpy sort of like frizzy curl that nobody wants or
02:24should strive for so you have to give days in between and I gotta tell you day
02:28three is the best hair day oh is it really day three rocks as long as you
02:33haven't gone to the gym you have you're not sweating okay it just something
02:36about sleeping and it getting rejuvenating the curl in the shower
02:38third day is king but you gotta embrace day one and two as well in order to get
02:43there in order to get there it's all part of the journey exactly now when you're
02:47talking about rejuvenating in the shower yes not fully wetting it it's just no
02:51theme right my little technique okay hair up in a bun ladies okay in the shower
02:58stream just kind of flick it on your hair wet it a little bit you know shower
03:04stream rejuvenating curls and it's all up so it's getting the under part and then
03:09you take your bun down sprinkles sprinkles sprinkles it's almost like I don't know
03:16if any curly hair girls can remember that every time it rains and you get
03:20caught in a little bit of a sprinkle my hair looks jamming yeah you want to
03:24recreate sort of that sprinkling rain feel yes it's like a fine mist like a fine
