00:14specifically about being a black woman entrepreneur as well as the solutions
00:20right and so one of the things that we've done from a solution perspective
00:26is we've taken the Shea Moisture brand we've leveraged that brand in order to
00:33create capital that we can then invest back into black businesses and in
00:39particular black women-owned businesses and that fund is called the new voices
00:44fund we officially launched it yesterday you know and and and it's a hundred
00:50million dollar fund to invest in black women businesses
