00:00President Trump visited the National Museum of African-American History and Culture in
00:06D.C. today, vowing to fight bigotry and unite our, quote, divided country.
00:12Now, to say Trump has a very checkered past in reaching out to black people is an understatement,
00:17to say the least.
00:18This is the same man who tried to discredit the Central Park Five, even after they were
00:21exonerated, claimed we all live in inner cities, and tried to get the black vote by asking,
00:26what do you have to lose?
00:27Remember that?
00:27But to play devil's advocate, could his visiting the museum finally be a step in the right
00:32direction in improving relations with our community?
00:35Or is just this more calculated?
00:38Okay, on the count of three, Slater Shade.
00:42I'm sort of like, okay, I got to start with Whitney.
00:44Whitney, because Whitney's in between.
00:45I'm going to scoot over.
00:46Yeah, you might.
00:47I'm in between.
00:48Listen, this is not Trump's idea.
00:50This is Omarosa's idea.
00:52And so, Omarosa is slaying right now because she's getting the President of the United States,
00:58even though we don't want to say it.
00:5945 is going to the museum.
01:02It's shade because we all know it's not genuine, but it's bringing light.
01:07There are tons of people now that are going to see this Agent Orange going into that museum
01:14and might want to check it out.
01:16I hate to say it, but it's true.
01:17For some people, this might be significant.
01:20Okay.
01:20And Chloe?
01:21I hope the spirits of the ancestors snatch his soul up out of that body as soon as he
01:26crushes the threshold.
01:27How dare he?
01:28How dare he have the audacity to try to pander to us?
01:32It's too little, too late, and he needs to get his life together.
01:34Okay.
01:35And Rye?
01:36I think he's very unstable, with all due respect, because he still is our President at the end
01:41of the day.
01:43But I just think that he's very calculated.
01:45He's a lot more intelligent than people like to give him credit for.
01:49There was a quote that he made in, like, the 90s that said, if I run for President in
01:54this year, Republicans are so dumb that they'll still vote for me and I'll still win.
01:59And so I think that he's about 20 steps ahead of even his office, and they have no idea
02:05what he has in store for us.
02:07Ooh.
02:08Yeah.
02:08That's kind of scary.
02:09Calculating.
02:09They have no idea.
02:10I think Trump, and I think calculation.
02:11Yeah.
02:12Okay, Kayla.
02:14What are they saying?
02:15All around so far.
02:16So Sherman Helton says, I will not believe he's real until he apologizes for his comments
02:21and sets up some policies that help us.
02:23Nichelle Webster says, don't hold your breath about change because he visited a black historical
02:27museum.
02:28Right.
02:28Yeah.
02:29Yeah.
