04:15and direct flights between Chinese mainland and India have been restored,

04:33As ancient civilizations of the East, both China and India possess brilliant traditional cultures that remain vibrant and relevant,

04:53Last year, I visited the Ajanta and Elora Caves UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
05:01Surrounded by the murals and sculptures, I could truly feel the historical exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and Indian Buddhist cultures.
05:13I also visited St. Nickton, the hometown of Rabindranath Tagore,
05:23as well as the Chinese Language and Culture Department of Viswa Bharati University.
05:31Immersed in the intersection of literature and language,
05:35I could sense the enduring cultural ties and spiritual resonance between China and India.
05:45Through the visits and exchanges I found many commonalities in our intellectual traditions and value pursuits.
05:59At the family level, both countries cherish traditional festivals such as the Spring Festival and Diwali,
06:09which emphasizes unity and harmony.
06:13At the national level, China's emphasis on self-reliance resonates with India's strategy of Atmanira Burr Bharat.
06:27At the global level, Chinese vision of a world of great harmony echoes India's pursuit of Pursuit Daiva Gudun Bergen.
06:41The Chinese nation has always valued good neighborliness and harmony among nations.
06:47We stand ready to work for India to draw wisdom from our traditional cultures,
06:53to uphold the important consensus that China and India are each other's cooperation partner and development opportunity,
07:01better align our development strategies,
07:05deepen practical cooperation to expand the pie of mutual benefits and win-win outcomes,
07:13and jointly advance national development and rejuvenation.
