00:00Coinage. Life well spent. Presented by GEICO. An average of 10 million viewers tune in to
00:07The Bachelor to see contestants trying to find love. Each season, the sparks start flying at
00:12Villa de la Vina Mansion. The 7,000 square foot home is located on more than nine acres of land
00:18and includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. What viewers know as The Bachelor Mansion is
00:23actually owned by Marshall Harriton, who built the $6.4 million home in 2005. In today's market,
00:29the home is valued at more than $7 million. With long-stemmed roses averaging $42 per dozen,
00:35you could purchase over 170,000 flowers at that price. Harriton and his family are required to
00:41leave the home twice a year for 42 days in order to allow production. All of their personal belongings,
00:47as well as their furniture, go into storage. Marshall Harriton's home has been part of The
00:51Bachelor Nation for over a decade, but he refuses to give up any spoilers. Guess we have to tune in
00:57to see the love grow. Coinage. Life well spent. Presented by GEICO.
