00:00A large group of e-bike riders have been caught illegally e-hooning across the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
00:07Videos circulating online showed about 40 e-bike and motorcycle riders, mostly young men,
00:14swerving between traffic on the iconic bridge just before peak hour on Tuesday 3rd February 2026.
00:22Riding bicycles and e-bikes on the bridge's roadway is illegal,
00:26as the group was later seen performing wheelies and riding recklessly through city streets,
00:32with some filming themselves for social media clout.
00:36The riders were allegedly attending a ride meet with online influencer Sir Ronster,
00:42who has millions of TikTok followers, but he has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
00:48New South Wales police said officers attended after reports of dangerous riding,
00:53but did not initiate a pursuit due to safety concerns.
00:58The group dispersed shortly after.
01:00I accept that the current situation is intolerable and it's dangerous for a lot of people.
