00:00Last night, ESPY Awards. A lot of hot athletes looking really fun and fierce walking that red carpet.
00:10And a couple of really big highlights. Our girl, Monae Davis, she won Best Breakthrough Athlete.
00:15Shout out to her. Also, she's a former Sports Illustrated cover. Just want to throw that out there.
00:20Leah Still, daughter of Devin Still, won the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance.
00:23And of course, he had everyone in the room in tears. He was looking extremely dapper.
00:27He gave a really heartfelt speech to his daughter, as well as a shout out to his fiancee, who he let her know at the end.
00:33Just because you know you've been a really good sport about all of this doesn't mean you can get carried away with that wedding.
00:38It was a really cute and fun interview and award speech there, but everyone was in tears.
00:43Leah Still, we are definitely, definitely pulling for you.
00:46And last but certainly not least, the one thing that I think everybody was tuning in to see, Caitlyn Jenner accepted the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.
00:53Now, all of Caitlyn's children were in the audience. They were wearing all black.
00:58I'm not sure if that was intentional or not. Maybe it was just a coincidence.
01:03She started off with like a little comedy, but ended on a very serious note.
01:07To quote,
01:07If you want to call me names, make jokes, doubt my intentions, go ahead, because the reality is I can take it.
01:14But for those thousands of kids out there coming to terms with being true to who they are, they shouldn't have to.
01:19It was a very, very powerful message.
