00:13Thank you for having me. Now let's jump right into it. For those who don't know
00:17you outside of the tween set, who is Zendaya? That's a tough question. I'm really a lady of
00:25the arts. I have a Disney show called Shake It Up and it's a buddy comedy built
00:30around dance and I've been doing that for about three years now and I recently
00:34was on Dancing with the Stars. I was a finalist. Now the costumes were amazing.
00:40You had this little flapper moment going on. Now did you have any input on things of the costumes?
00:45Definitely. I mean you know you have full full control really of the costumes but
00:50I you know sometimes I don't know what dresses or what things might complement
00:54the dance and that's where Val, my partner, he had all of the shapes, the ideas and I
01:00just you know do my little girly twist on it and it was great. Now when you talk
01:04about style what's your personal style, your stage style, your street style, how does that vary?
01:10I think you know it's depending on the day. I think that's the beautiful thing
01:13about fashion is it's always changing and I think as a person it really just it
01:19shows who we are without having to speak and I feel like for me you know I'm a
01:23tomboy and so usually you know if I'm really chill to chill day I rock my
01:28Jordans and I you know go with sweatpants and crewnecks and then you know the next
01:32day I'll feel a little more girly and you know we'll dress it up a little more.
01:37So we want to go through your red carpet moments. Some of my favorite moments of yours
01:41actually on and off the carpet and just want you to give your feedback what you
01:45loved just kind of the behind the scenes of why you chose the piece, the thought
01:49process behind it maybe if you were gonna wear something else but you decided on
01:52this and let's go for it. So this one was last night, excuse me, yesterday. They
01:58caught you on the street in this amazing kind of golden yellow Prada dress. Yeah.
02:03And to stuff these in OT shoes, cobalt blue, love them. Thank you that was that was
02:08literally we all put that together with me like a couple like right before that you
02:13know what I'm saying and it was a beautiful dress and you know I always think
02:16like we always see these designer dresses and we're like it's just this it's so
02:21simple and then you put it on and it comes to life and it's magical and and I
02:25was and we like all look fell in love with it and we kept it simple you know
02:29there's no need for extra jewelry or anything we just kept it simple and you
02:33know a little color block moment and it was it I really liked that one.
02:37Now the Radio Disney Music Awards love the suit you wore this kind of pattern
02:43moment going on. A little Solange inspired. Oh yeah. Loves it, loves it. So blazer shorts by Juicy Couture, the shirt
02:52Bellatrix and the shoes Gucci. Yeah. Shoes were killer. So tell us about this look.
02:56Well this look I think this one was a really fun one because it was like you
03:00know it's a pantsuit and like I said I like I like suits and it was you know
03:05done in a different way because it's colorful it's bright. So we're gonna go back to
03:092012 not too far back to this amazing gold remacra skirt you wore at the Teen Vogue
03:16Awards and I mean it was just so sophisticated for you and but still fun
03:24you were twirling around on the carpet and it was such a moment for you. That
03:28was like I'm literally obsessed with that look like that was one of me and my
03:33loves my style favorites like we're obsessed with this one I think it's
03:37because it was very mature and very elegant but it was done in like a
03:42teenage kind of way which I think is really fun and it was effortless and
03:46smooth and you know I think that's how it should be. Oh yeah and it perfectly read
03:50that way on the carpet and that was one of the best dressed moments I think you had like amazing.

04:01talking style with us. Of course. Now when can we look for your album? Well my
04:06first single is actually coming out in July it's called Replay so I'm very
04:09excited for that and I shoot the video like as soon as I get home so as soon as I
04:13get home it's right back to work and the album should be coming out this fall I'm
04:19very excited about that and then my book comes out in August so I'm very I'm very
04:25busy which is how I like it awesome thank you thank you
