00:00So, welcome to Magic Unfiltered, where we are uncloaking everything that black girl magic has to offer.
00:07So, I'm Rochelle, a.k.a. Young Shelly.
00:11I'm Sophia.
00:13And I'm Justine Skye.
00:16A.k.a. I don't know. I don't have a nickname.
00:19Do you still go by Purple Unicorn?
00:21No, I've given up my purple days.
00:24Why?
00:24Really? Why?
00:25You know, I didn't really even like the color purple.
00:27Oh, so how did that come about?
00:28Why? You didn't like purple?
00:30No, I just, I did it because my mom knew I didn't like the color purple, and so when I was like, I want to dye my hair, she was like, sure, because she didn't think I would do it.
00:39Oh, it's not really.
00:40And then I did it, and then it kind of, like, just stuck with me.
00:43I liked it, though.
00:44Thanks.
00:44Yeah, I loved it. I thought that was your thing.
00:47I loved it, too, but you know what? I love my curls more, and it was very damaging for my hair, and so it took a lot for me to, like, nurse it back to health,
00:57and I'm still on that, like, journey of doing that as well, too, and it was also just, like, everything turned purple.
01:04Like, I couldn't wear, like, white clothes because it would just bleed on.
01:07It was just, it was a mess, and I did it since I was 16, so it was time to give it up.
01:13That's a long time.
01:14Time to give it up.
01:14So our audience and everybody here can learn a little bit more about you.
01:18Please give us two truths and a lie.
01:23Ooh, I'm not good at those things.
01:25That's good.
01:25I'm not a good liar.
01:26That's good.
01:28Two truths and a lie.
01:29I'm deathly afraid of spiders.
01:35I love country music, and my favorite color is green.
01:40Those are awful, but sure.
01:42Okay.
01:43So one is spider, two is country music, three is green.
01:49You don't like country music?
01:51I don't like country music.
01:55Really?
01:56Okay, so what is it with country that you don't like?
01:58Like, you know what?
02:00I don't like genres.
02:02Okay.
02:03Okay.
02:04And, because I feel like that's just very, like, I don't know, it's such a, like, confined
02:08way of thinking.
02:09Yeah, you're just limiting yourself, because, like, if you ask me if I like the genre of
02:14country music, I'm going to say no, but if you ask me if I like that Carrie Underwood
02:17song where she's smashing the cars, then, yeah, I like that song.
02:23So it's like, I don't know, I just feel like great music is great music, and it doesn't
02:27need to be boxed into, like, a category.
02:29Like, these days, when people ask me what kind of music I make, I just say great music.
02:33I like that.
02:33Yeah, you actually tweeted something, because I, you know, stalked you, like, well, research,
02:40and you said, you tweeted something that says, don't box yourself into categories, right?
02:46Yeah.
02:48That's because this is what I used to do.
02:50Like, I used to, like, I used to just be so concerned with how do I fit into this category,
02:57or how do I get on the radio, or how do I do this, and it kind of just, like, it just
03:02derailed me from being my authentic self, which is what got me here in the first place.
03:07So it's kind of just like, yeah, man, I'm just doing my thing.
03:10Yeah, so how'd you bring yourself back from that derailing, like, get back on the right
03:15track, and where your path, your own unique path?
03:19It took a lot.
03:20It took a lot of conversations with myself.
03:24I'm an over, I'm a Virgo, so I just overthink every single thing, literally.
03:28So you just had a birthday.
03:29Yeah, I did.
03:30I did.
03:31It was really nice.
03:31Okay, can we get claps for the birthday girl right here?
03:33Um, so, honestly, I just had to, like, reevaluate the people that I was, like, surrounding myself
03:43with, and, um, really have an honest conversation with myself instead of making excuses, or, like,
03:51trying to blame everybody else for things that really are in my control, because at the end
03:57of the day, it's my life.
03:59So I can determine whether or not I want to do something, or I want someone to have
04:04input in what I do, so it's kind of just, like, I just had to have an honest conversation
04:07with myself, and, yeah, now I'm on the journey to that.
04:12I like that.
04:12So what do you think was the most instrumental change that you made to get on that journey?
04:17Um, I guess it would have to be becoming an independent artist.
04:20Okay.
04:20That was, like, the first big step, because I was so used to being in the system of having
04:25a label, and having this big mechanical machine behind me with everything being so, like,
04:30overly produced, and just, it was kind of like a crutch.
04:34Okay.
04:34Whereas it never, I mean, I got into this industry when I was 17, and I never really had the opportunity
04:41to grow from that in my own, instead of just, like, immediately having other people tell
04:47me what they think I should do.
04:48And so, I mean, I was pretty young, and, I mean, I'm 24 now, and I'm still pretty young.
04:56Sometimes I feel like it's the end of the world, and, like, I'm just, like, oh, I'm just
05:00nearing my time, you know?
05:02But, but, um, yeah, I just had to think about it a lot, and every day I'm learning, and I'm
05:09growing, and just in this world, like the rest of you guys.
05:13Was there that one moment when you were, like, I need to get out of here, like, was
05:20there any, at one point where you realized, like, I need to take my own path, like?
05:26Yeah, there was a point where I was just, like, I need to get out of here, I just, I
05:30wasn't sure if I could.
05:32So, I was trying to be, like, I had to, like, switch my train of thought, because I used
05:38to be a very negative thinker, and I was like, you know what, think about all the great
05:41things.
05:41There's so many great things happening, all right, this is a bad situation, but let's
05:44look at how to make this.
05:46Make lemonade.
05:47The best of what I have.
05:49And then, it ended up being that I actually could get out of my deal, so I kind of just,
05:53like, I was like, all right, peace.
05:56Wait, so you, like, ghosted them, or, like?
05:58It was a mutual understanding that it probably was best that I was unhappy.
06:03Yeah.
06:04So, it was kind of like, they were like, we don't want you to be unhappy, so, all right,
06:09cool.
06:09And I was just like, all right, cool.
06:11And now, I'm making the best music that I ever have.
06:13That's great.
06:14I think that's really great.
06:17So, speaking of the best music you've ever had, you currently have an EP out called Bear
06:24With Me.
06:24Yes.
06:25Wait, what does EP stand for, by the way?
06:28Extended playlist.
06:29Extended playlist.
06:29Okay.
06:30I was like, episode.
06:31There you go.
06:32I didn't know what it was.
06:33So, what's the difference between an EP and an album?
06:35Um, well, an EP and an LP is just, like, EP is just short.
06:39And also, it's, like, the timing of it as well, too, where it doesn't actually qualify
06:42as a full-length album.
06:45So, for me, the reason why I wanted to put out an EP, because I feel like this is, like,
06:49my reintroduction as a musician.
06:51A lot of people, like, know my name, know my face, but they don't really, like, get where
06:57I'm going musically.
06:58Like, yeah, oh, yeah, we know she can sing.
06:59They don't know you, know you.
07:00Yeah, we know she can sing.
07:01That's cool, but, like...
07:02What is she about?
07:03Yeah, like, she's sitting here doing pop music.
07:05Like, that's not the vibe.
07:07Or, like, it was weird, because I was making music that, like, people would meet me and
07:12then be like, but why, this is what I heard, doesn't sound like, this doesn't reflect
07:17who you actually are.
07:18I wasn't making music that I actually listened to, or, like, made me feel like...
07:21I wouldn't download, I wouldn't, like, download this in my iTunes and, like, be listening
07:25to it on the weekend.
07:26Like, I just wouldn't do that.
07:28But now, that's not the case.
07:30So, have you noticed that has trickled to, like, other areas of your life and everything,
07:34where it's just, like, I know you said that, for you, it was hard because you were, you
07:38looked at yourself as a negative thinker.
07:40So, once you kind of flipped that switch, like, did it fall into, like, other areas of
07:44your life, like, with family, friends, everything?
07:46Oh, yeah, for sure.
07:48Actually, like, going through that currently today, where it's just, like, I'm also a very
07:54passive person, too, because I just don't like confrontation.
07:56Yeah.
07:56And I'm just, like, I just like to shove things under the rug and be like, all right, cool.
08:01I'm just moving on from that.
08:02And try to deal with it.
08:02Yeah, I just don't, like...
08:03Like, on your own.
08:03Yeah.
08:04And so, it kind of, I realized I can no longer do that, because that's not helping me out
08:09as well, too.
08:10It's just, like, allowing things to build up inside of me.
08:13So, it's...
08:14There's never really a right time to do anything, you know?
08:17So, it's kind of just, like, I had to stand up for myself.
08:20And with my career, which, picking the songs that I want, and with my friends, who I love
08:27very much, and it would hurt to be, like, sorry, I can't curse, right?
08:32No, you can't.
08:33No, you can't.
08:33Trust me.
08:34Like, sorry, I just can't fuck with you right now.
08:36And that's just what it is.
08:38Like, I got to think about my happiness at a certain point, because, yeah.
08:43So, what's your mantra?
08:44Because I have a mantra, and everyone thinks it's so funny.
08:48I also want to know, like, what you guys, what your mantras are.
08:51It's so weird, because, like, probably, like, two years ago, I was in such a, like, confusing
08:59space, where I would literally just chant to myself all the time, like, do what you have
09:02to do until you can do what you want to do.
09:04And that was the worst thing that I could be telling myself, because it was just, like,
09:08it was just further putting me in the path of just not being who I am, and just being,
09:12like, just do what you have to do.
09:14Do what you want to do.
09:15Look at Pink.
09:15Pink was doing R&B music, and now she's doing all this acrobats and stuff.
09:20Like, she did what she had to do until she could do what she wanted to do.
09:23And it's kind of just, like, that's just not me, though.
09:26Everyone is different.
09:27And for me, it kind of just, like, I feel like everyone else could tell that as well,
09:32too.
09:32They're just like, girl, we want you to win, but, like, what are you doing?
09:37And so it's kind of just, like, I had to be like, do you want to win, Justine?
09:40And if that is the case, then follow your true feelings.
09:46Oh, I have another one, too.
09:48Go for it.
09:48My mom told me this when I was younger, is never argue with fools because onlookers may
09:52not be able to tell the difference.
09:54But it's, like, those little things that kind of get you going and keep, like, as you were
09:58saying, that positive mindset.
09:59Like, I'm sure there's a lot of things that you were saying in your head that you didn't
10:02realize when you were transitioning to becoming more positive.
10:04Yeah, I mean, I also saw this, like, reader dude, and he gave me a list of things, like,
10:10to tell myself all the time.
10:13Like, just be kinder to yourself, because we're always, like, harder on our own selves
10:17than other people are.
10:19Because I know me.
10:20I'll be sitting in my room like, oh, my God!
10:22What are you doing?
10:24Everything's falling apart!
10:26And it's like, but everyone else is looking at me like, damn, she's killing it.
10:29Like, that's so dope.
10:30And I'm like, no, I'm not killing it!
10:32So it's kind of just, like, we just got to be more, like, gentle with ourselves, because
10:38we're, honestly, really all we have.
10:40So back to Bear with me.
10:42So obviously it's a project that means a lot to you.
10:44Yeah.
10:45What song do you think is your favorite or means the most to you?
10:51Yeah, so the project is only, like, 19 minutes.
10:53Really quick, easy listen.
10:55Really great music.
10:56You guys should check it out if you haven't already.
10:57And it's really hard, like, when people ask me to pick one song that's my favorite,
11:03because I feel like it takes you on a journey.
11:06So however you're feeling in that current moment, it kind of just, like, everyone has
11:11their own favorite song.
11:12Obviously everyone likes, like, the Turn Up songs.
11:14Like, Bulletproof is kind of, like, the fun one.
11:17But, like, it honestly tells me a lot about a person, like, which is their favorite, which
11:23is kind of what my intention was as well, too.
11:28And, yeah, I don't really have a favorite.
11:33The whole project as one is my favorite.
11:35Do you have a favorite song of all time?
11:38Uh-uh.
11:39I don't have a favorite song of all time.
11:40I have a few favorite, like, albums.
11:42Like, Dangerously in Love is one of my favorite albums.
11:46Songs About Jane is one of my favorite albums.
11:47I love Songs About Jane.
11:48Literally.
11:48That's, like, one of my favorites.
11:49I literally only play that album.
11:51It's so good.
11:51Is that Maroon?
11:52Yeah, Maroon 5.
11:52Maroon 5's first album.
11:54It's just so well written.
11:55So good.
11:56Oh, my God.
11:56Like, whenever I go in the studio, I'm like, damn, how did he write these songs?
12:00Like, what do I, do I really want to share that much information?
12:03And they're like, yeah, and you go so deep, and it's like, the actual lyrics of the
12:06song makes so much sense to the point where you're like, how could you be so
12:09descriptive?
12:10Because he's just, he's just, he's saying names, places, times.
12:15I'm just like, man.
12:16I mean, BMX said a lot of names, too, though.
12:19He did.
12:20He really did.
12:23But, yeah.
12:24I'm not, I'm not really good at picking favorites of anything, honestly.
12:28Like, I don't, I don't really have favorites.
12:30Even though I have a song on there called Fave.
12:32So, how did you get into music?
12:34Like, was that just, like, you know, you were introduced to it from somebody, or
12:39you just, like, just picked up a mic and sung?
12:42Well, I was already, I was always more on, like, the creative, artsy side of things rather
12:49than, like, because, you know, like, when you're younger, your parents either put you
12:51in sports or they put you in, like, music and theater and all these other, like, creative
12:57programs.
12:57So, I'm not really, like, good at any sports.
13:00My mom put me in a basketball.
13:01They just threw me in a basketball game one time and I just threw the ball to the other
13:03team.
13:04It's just like, I got hit in the face with a tennis ball.
13:06I tried everything.
13:07Tennis, volleyball.
13:08Soccer?
13:09Soccer.
13:10Like, literally anything, you name it.
13:12I probably tried cricket.
13:13I don't know.
13:13So, and I was like, nah, I'm a singer.
13:18Like, I'm an entertainer for sure, so I'm going to just stick to that.
13:22And my mom is in the, she's been in the music industry my whole entire life.
13:26She's an entertainment attorney.
13:28And so I grew up around it, which a lot of people would think made it easy, but it actually
13:35made it a little bit, like, more difficult because everyone knew me as just her daughter.
13:39So they're just like, oh, that's cute.
13:40Like, you want to sing?
13:41Like, aw.
13:42Yeah.
13:44And, like, when I was 14, I went to, like, all the record labels.
13:47L.A. Reid, Leo Cohen, went, danced like a fool in front of them, singing all these weird
13:51songs.
13:51I don't know what the hell I'm talking about.
13:52And I was just like, I just want to sing.
13:54Yeah.
13:57And then, they were just like, she's cool, but, like, there's nothing really, like, there
14:04yet.
14:05But I was just so young, I didn't really, like, let that discourage me.
14:08I was like, all right, whatever.
14:09There's the internet.
14:10Cool.
14:10So I just, like, started to get on Tumblr and, like, be on YouTube and just doing weird,
14:15stupid things that I've archived now.
14:18So nobody can look those videos up or anything?
14:20I mean, you probably can't.
14:21There's a lot of embarrassing videos on YouTube with me and, like, white lipstick and, like,
14:25Oh, no.
14:26I don't know what I, I was just trying to find myself creatively, you know?
14:28I was, like, before the purple hair, it was, like, colorful lipstick.
14:32And so it's kind of like.
14:33So lipstick, hair, what's next?
14:34I like the nails.
14:37Nails?
14:38Yeah, I was about to say.
14:38Yeah, nails poppin'.
14:39Yeah, I mean, nails have always been, like, very, very important to me.
14:42And I always, like, evolve in my nail game.
14:45But they are really, like, important to me.
14:47It's kind of why I never learned to play the guitar.
14:49Well, I did.
14:50But then I gave it up because I was just like, no, my nails are more important.
14:53Somebody else can play the guitar.
14:55Priorities.
14:56But, yeah, priorities.
14:57I'm just like, no, girl.
15:00But, yeah, so that's really what it was.
15:03And then I kind of just started to develop my own kind of world on the Internet.
15:09And I remember I started, like, had, like, 10,000 followers.
15:12And my mom was like, why are you always on the computer?
15:14Like, you're never doing your homework.
15:16What are you doing?
15:16And she was like, whoa.
15:18What's going on over here?
15:20Who are all these people?
15:21Just a second.
15:22Yeah, she was like, wait.
15:23You're like, mom, do you know who I am?
15:25No, I didn't.
15:25I didn't even know.
15:26I didn't know who I was.
15:27I didn't care who I was.
15:27I was just like, this is fun.
15:29This is something to do.
15:30Like, because I was kind of like, I was that girl that was, like, friends with all the cool people.
15:34But I had to go home really early.
15:35And I couldn't really go to all the, like, the after parties or, like, anything.
15:38Like, after school, I had to go straight home.
15:40I couldn't hang out at the park.
15:42I don't know why.
15:42My mom just, I'm her only kid.
15:43So she always thought I was going to die or something.
15:45Like, I don't know.
15:46And so.
15:47That's a lot of pressure on you.
15:48Because it's like, you don't even have, like, the worried split amongst different people.
15:53Is your mom also Jamaican?
15:54Yeah.
15:55That's why.
15:55I mean, she was, like, first generation born here.
15:58But, like, she's, yeah, she is.
16:00Yeah.
16:01It's the same.
16:01So it was just.
16:02And it's also, like, in my family, they're kind of, like, you're only friends with, like, your cousins.
16:06Yeah.
16:06And the people you go to school with.
16:09So when my family, like, found out that I, like, had friends on the internet from other states and different boroughs,
16:15they were, like, how do you know this person from the Bronx?
16:18And I'm just, like, uh, Tumblr.
16:19Like, I have a whole community of friends.
16:24And it's just kind of, like, it's, like, where all the people who really didn't have friends kind of, like, congregated to, like, share each other's ideas.
16:31But those are all the cool kids now, I feel like.
16:33Honestly, yeah.
16:34Yeah, all the cool kids are the weird kids.
16:35I mean, some people, like, peaked and then didn't do anything.
16:39Like, because social media is a really weird thing.
16:41Because some people are just really comfortable with what they have and they don't feel, like, and which is fine.
16:47They just don't want any more than that.
16:50But it's, like, for me, I always knew that that wasn't even the beginning.
16:54That was just, like, that was just me being, like, a kid and just, like, being creative and figuring out what it is that I wanted to do.
17:01And which is what, I guess, drew, like, labels to be, like, oh, this is cool what she has going on over here.
17:08And it was really dope when, because I remember I was, like, applying to college, which is weird because I actually just did something at NYU the other day.
17:16But that's where I applied to and they didn't accept me.
17:20Really?
17:21I was kind of like, yeah, but now I'm up in here doing stuff with y'all, whatever it is.
17:26But, yeah, so it was kind of like I was applying to college and then, like, there was, like, three record labels that were interested in signing me.
17:33And so it was, like, I remember it was so embarrassing.
17:35I did, like, a little YouTube video, like, guys, I have bad news.
17:37Like, I didn't get into NYU, but I got a record deal.
17:40Hey.
17:41So it was kind of just, like, so it was weird.
17:43I guess people that have been following me have, like, seen this journey.
17:47So it's really cool whenever I do meet people who have been, like, I've been following you since I was, like, 14.
17:53That's really cool.
17:54You essentially use social media as a tool to hack the system.
17:56Yeah, but now it's, like, we got TikTok and Triller and all these crazy things.
17:59And I'm just like, what are these?
18:00I feel, like, old.
18:03I'm like, how do I?
18:04I was literally sitting in the green room, like, so how do I use TikTok?
18:07Do you go on any, like, social cleanses?
18:09Like, because I can only imagine, like, the platform that you have, but you're so open and you have to be in a way.
18:17But also at the same time, there's this thin line between what's okay and what's not okay with, like, fans and everything.
18:25I mean, I try.
18:27I'm not even going to lie.
18:28I'm, it really sucks, but I think that I have a problem and I'm addicted to social media.
18:33Even, like, if I'm not posting anything, I'm just, like, always looking.
18:35Like, I'm always, like, refreshing my page, even though I'm just, like, didn't nobody post nothing for, like, 10 minutes and you're still, like, refreshing it.
18:41I'm just, like, I was just, like, I've just come into, like, a habit of it.
18:44And, like, my friends, my man thinks that I'm crazy.
18:48He calls me a psychopath because he's, like, you're just always, like, looking at, like, what are you looking for?
18:53Like, what are you looking for?
18:55And I'm just, like, I don't know.
18:56I'm just, like, I can't stop.
18:58And, um, so sometimes I, I, I do try.
19:01I put, like, that little limit thing on my phone to, like, lock me out, even though all I, all you gotta do is type in the password.
19:07Type in the password.
19:08But it just lets me know, like, all right, you're being extra crazy now.
19:11Like, you want to type in the password to get here and do what?
19:15So it's kind of, like, I try to, like, challenge myself to, like, only go on there when it's, when I need to, like, post something or, or.
19:23Or, I don't know.
19:25It's, it's weird.
19:26It really is weird because social media, I don't think, was supposed to be what it's turned into.
19:30Absolutely not.
19:31Which is, like, an evil place.
19:34Oh, she said evil.
19:35It is an evil place.
19:37Because, and, and that's not because of, like, the actual people that created it.
19:41It's just what, um.
19:43The way that people are able to kind of galvanize.
19:44Yeah, it's just the way that it's turned out to because it's kind of like a mask for people to just, like, feel like they can.
19:51And, I mean, we can say whatever we want.
19:54But it's just, like, it's really hurtful.
19:55And I don't think that people realize that their words can have an effect on people.
20:00And, and we try to, like, give people the confidence, like, by doing things like this, by sharing stories of, like, you shouldn't let words affect you.
20:08But they do at the end of the day.
20:11And, um.
20:13Yeah, so I try to, like, not look at certain things.
20:17But then I do appreciate all the positive comments that I get.
20:19So it's, like, that's what I look for.
20:21Or I look for, like, people saying, like, oh, like, your music helped me get through this, this moment in my life.
20:27And I really appreciate this.
20:28And your EP is great and blah, blah, blah.
20:30Because it just, it just lets me know, like, all right, I'm doing something right.
20:33Cool.
20:34Let me continue to do this.
20:36Or just being there for the people that are there for me.
20:38The people that are supporting me.
20:40So it's kind of, like, a love-hate thing where it's, like, I don't want to see the hate and I don't, but I don't want to, like, I don't want to neglect all the people that do support me.
20:52So do you, I know that there's a lot of, like, aspiring singers in, um, in the room.
20:58Do you have any advice for them?
21:02Any advice?
21:03Or advice you'd give yourself when you were coming up?
21:07I guess it would just be what I've been saying.
21:09Just, like, I wish that I, like, trusted my instincts a lot more.
21:12But, you know, you grow, like, through all these experiences.
21:16Things happen for a reason.
21:17I truly believe that.
21:19Like, the good and the bad.
21:20So it's, like, I had to go through that to, to come out on the other side and be a stronger person.
21:25So it's kind of, like, don't, don't let your mistakes discourage you.
21:30Um, or, like, stop you from, from actually following your dreams.
21:34Because if it's what you truly believe in yourself, then you just go for it.
21:39Honestly.
21:39So at what moment did you realize your black girl magic?
21:45At what moment did I realize my black girl magic?
21:49Um, I think it's always something that I realize.
21:52You know, my mom, she, she, she really always made me feel comfortable in my skin.
22:02Like, I never, I never once, well, that's not true.
22:07Because they did make fun of me in school.
22:09Which is weird, because I went to a black school.
22:11So I'm like, what the hell?
22:13But, um, she always made me, like, I always loved my skin.
22:17I never, like, want, I never felt bad about it.
22:20But I would, like, I would always feel like I need to fight for myself.
22:25I didn't, I never felt like, oh, like, I wish I was another complexion.
22:28Like, why are they making fun of me?
22:29I was kind of just like, well, I was in Jamaica, so I got a tan.
22:32So, what was you doing over the holidays?
22:35Like, I was like, like, I always just, like, I was always very confident in my, in my skin.
22:40And I didn't realize, um, I guess I didn't realize up until probably, like, three, four years ago.
22:47I didn't know how many other, like, girls my age looked up to me for that level of confidence when it comes to, like, being comfortable in their skin.
22:56Because I, I honestly just thought, like, we just all love our skin.
22:59Like, it's so sick.
23:00Like, we're just brown and beautiful and shining.
23:02And I didn't realize, like, the struggles that a lot of girls went through about their complexion.
23:10And so, as I got older and as I got more into this industry, I realized that it's a huge problem.
23:16And so, yeah.
23:17How did you find that confidence?
23:20How did I find the confidence?
23:22Um, I think I'm still, in regards to just, like, life in general, I think I'm still finding the confidence.
23:31You know, I'm just trying to be me.
23:35And I always, like, encourage other people to just be themselves as well, too.
23:39Because it's just, like, it just sucks.
23:41Like, when you, like, put on this face and then, like, all of a sudden you just want to let your guard down.
23:45And then people don't fuck with you anymore.
23:49Like, that sucks.
23:50And so, I always try to just, like, be straight up with everyone.
23:54Like, this is who I am.
23:55You can, like, I don't care if you like me or not.
23:57But if you do, that's dope.
23:58Take it or leave it.
23:59So, it's, like, yeah, it's kind of just, like, what?
24:01I'm not begging for anyone to like me, you know?
24:05So, each magic unfiltered, we end it with a little freestyle.
24:11So.
24:14Ay.
24:16Ay.
24:17We in the house.
24:19Woo.
24:20This is weird.
24:21Woo.
24:21My name's Justine.
24:25And my favorite color, green, like, her hair.
24:27Which is cool.
24:29Go, girl.
24:31Um.
24:32Yeah, you put me on the spot.
24:34That's really not hot.
24:35Um.
24:38I'ma head out.
24:41Ay.
24:42Give it up for Justine, everybody.
24:43Woo.
24:44Woo.
24:44Woo.
24:44Woo.
24:44Woo.
24:44Woo.
24:44Woo.
24:44Woo.
24:45Woo.
24:45Woo.
24:45Woo.
24:46Woo.
24:46Woo.
24:46Woo.
24:46Woo.
24:46Woo.
