00:00During this season, you'll definitely see me interacting with my family a lot.
00:08Of course, you'll see the struggles I go through with my ex-husband regarding child support.
00:14And I think a lot of women can relate to that.
00:17And me planning an engagement party for my daughter.
00:23You'll see me going on auditions.
00:25And how that ends up, either way, I don't know if it's my calling.
00:30I know I enjoyed, when I was on the stage, I enjoyed doing that.
00:34And it's something that I never thought that I would be able to do because I've always been very reserved, very shy, very quiet.
00:40But when I got out there, I was, you know, I became somebody else.
00:43Shiba Sharae is definitely going to come back.
00:46It's definitely going to come back and, you know, it's a lot of work.
00:49People think that, you know, you can just, it just happens, you know, in a day, in a month.
00:55It does not.
00:56It takes a lot of work, a lot of hard work, a lot of patience, a lot of trial and error, which you guys have seen.
01:02So I'm definitely, you know, I'm still working on some things with Shiba Sharae, and you'll see it coming soon.
01:07My real life does include going on dates.
01:11No special guy.
01:12No one special.
01:13No one swept me off my feet.
01:14I'm still waiting for him.
01:16But no.
01:17No Dr. Tyee.
01:18No Dr. Tyee.
01:19No, we only went on three dates.
01:21Going to Africa was amazing for me.
01:23It's always, it was like one of the things on my bucket list.
01:26I happen to go with the crew, so I have to go back because I didn't get to do or experience a lot of the things that I, you know, want to experience when you're traveling so far away.
01:36But it was an amazing experience.
01:38You know, there was so much going on.
01:39Of course, we got some drama.
01:40We got some, you know, some sad moments.
01:42It was a very emotional trip.
01:44We were happy.
01:45We were sad.
01:46We were, you know, one minute we're crying.
01:49Next minute we're fighting.
01:50I mean, it was all over the place.
01:52But at the end of the day, it was an amazing trip.
01:55I wouldn't take it back for anything.
01:57Do I need to go back?
01:59Absolutely.
02:00Absolutely.
02:01I loved being in Africa.
02:03I really enjoy hanging out with Kim, Phaedra, and Candy.
02:07They're real.
02:08We laugh.
02:09I mean, we are honest with each other.
02:12And we just have a good time.
02:14It's no trying to pretend to be something that you're not.
02:18It's just a genuine like for each other.
02:21And we have a good time.
02:22I've known Nene for a long time.
02:24A very long time.
02:25And things change.
02:28You know, I felt we definitely haven't been as close as we were when we first met.
02:34A lot of things have been done.
02:35A lot of things have been said.
02:36And I think that the true meaning of friendship, I mean, let's not pretend here.
02:41This is not a true friendship.
02:43It's a lot of things that she is.
02:45But why would I continue to put myself in that position?
02:50When I have a friend, I need them to be, you know, loyal, to be genuine, to be truthful,
02:55to be honest.
02:56I mean, that's just a small list of the things that she lacks.
03:00So, you know, we're not friends.
03:02And it's unfortunate.
03:03It's unfortunate that, you know, I think that, you know, a lot of the fame has gone to her
03:07head.
03:08It's drama.
03:09It's real life.
03:10People don't always get along.
03:11Friends get into it.
03:12Acquaintances get into it all the time.
03:14It's a show.
03:15And it just happens to be portraying our real life.
03:17This season, you'll learn that I'm not to be messed with.
03:22Just kidding.
03:23Hi, I'm Sharae, and you're watching Essence TV.
