00:00Every time I get dressed, I'm thinking of like a diva moment that always inspires me.
00:23So the gloves, diva, like wearable art.
00:26And the fur is actually vintage from the 40s.
00:29So today, inspiration, I thought of Essence.
00:33What colors does Essence have?
00:34Oh my god, it has a lot of bright colors.
00:36What inspired my style for today is my mother.
00:39This is actually her suit that came from her closet.
00:41I had to beg her for like a year and a half to let her finally let me wear this.
00:45So this is inspired by my mother and her style.
00:48So I'm Zimbabwean, so I was like, let me wear something that represents my culture.
00:52So that's why I wore these pants.
00:53And then this is like almost Egyptian with a gypsy head wrap.
00:57So I went for more of like a silver look today with the earrings.
01:00I wanted to go dramatic.
01:01The black-owned designer is definitely the turtleneck.
01:03This is actually from My Mom Made It.
01:05She's a London designer.
01:07She's a new designer.
01:08My look is inspired by my mood.
01:09And I woke up this morning and I'm like, what am I going to wear?
01:11And I basically said I wanted to do two-tones.
01:14So I decided to do the green with the cream.
01:17I look at everyday wears instead of one particular person.
01:20What inspired my look for today was the Black Ninja.
01:23I was thinking Lara Croft with a little bit of seasoning.
01:25Now I know there's a little bit of debate on seasoned salt and seasoning salt.
01:28So I'm going with a Lara Croft today.
