00:28But again, what can we do about it?
00:31I'm sure you've heard all of the doctors everywhere in the media on TV saying,
00:35don't panic and prepare.
00:38And I will give you that same message too.
00:41But I'm a realist. Of course we are a little anxious about it.
00:45A little anxiety is okay.
00:47A little anxiety encouraged us to really prepare for that exam and study for that exam.
00:54So it's okay to have a little anxiety.

01:05And make sure we are practicing good hand hygiene.
01:10Everywhere I went this morning I've done the elbow bump, right?
01:14I have my hand sanitizer with me.
01:17If you are ill, if you have a fever, certainly call your physician or the local public health department.
01:27As you all know, most folks, based on the data we have thus far, are at low risk of a bad outcome.
01:38But we all know we have to make sure that our moms and our dads, our grandmoms, and those who have chronic diseases are taking extra precautions.
01:46Are we good?
