00:00He brings a lot to the table because he's a mastermind.
00:02You're going to learn a lot about defense.
00:04He's going to learn a lot about football in general.
00:13I mean, he is who he is.
00:15You know what I mean?
00:15He doesn't try to change who he is with anybody.
00:19I mean, he's super smart.
00:21He's not one of those guys that, like, you know, book smart.
00:25And, you know, he's really about football and all about the game.
00:28And when I think of, like, a stereotypical hard-nosed football coach,
00:32like, that's what he is.
00:33He's about the process, the work, doing it the right way
00:36and enjoying it while you're doing it.
00:38And when he gets the whole team to buy into it and do the hard things,
00:43like, that's how you know that he's got something
00:47when guys are doing that and following him and doing what he asks.
00:51Coach, he's one of the greatest leaders I think I've been around.
00:54He's just very relaxed when he wants to be
00:57and intense when he needs to be.
00:59And he just has a great balance to that.
01:00And I think that reflects in our team, too.
01:01Like, locker room, it doesn't matter how big the game is,
01:05whatever the feelings are, the moment, like, we're ready for it
01:08and we're locked in.
01:09I think just because we're so tight as a team,
01:10and it starts with him and, you know, his vision for our team,
01:13I think, over the last two years
01:14and the year that I've been a part of it,
01:15it's been pretty cool to watch.
01:16Just the person that he is.
01:18He's a phenomenal coach.
01:19He's extremely dialed.
01:21Schematically, he's the best.
01:23But also just, like, the culture that he's built on this team,
01:26and it all has started with him.
01:28And so just I feel very grateful to be able to play underneath a coach like Mike.
01:33It's just been an awesome experience.
01:34We'll see you next time.
