Macdonald praises Darnold's determination

Mike Macdonald said new Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold has shown his quality and leadership in camp.

00:07It's steadfast, he's determined, he's competitive,

00:11he gets feeling certain ways sometimes out there, especially at me maybe, which is good.

00:18And he always responds to those challenges, and that's where growth occurs.

00:21Right now I think it's a pain in the butt.

00:24He's getting the ball out fast, he's accurate, he's making fast decisions.

00:26You know, operationally we're still working through a couple things,

00:30but I was just telling him yesterday, it's a pain in the butt to pressure him

00:34because the ball's out and it's hard to get to him.
