00:42they didn't disclose if they were part of a paid deal.
00:44Neither did Kendall Jenner in her more cheeky take on the group photo,
00:47or Kourtney Kardashian in this solo shot.
00:50Now, if a post is a sponsored advertisement,
00:52celebrities must legally disclose this according to the FTC's rules.
00:56However, a Victoria's Secret press release about the ladies' Halloween looks
01:00sure made it seem like a commercial relationship.
01:02It even included handy links to all of the products worn by the girls.
01:05But not so fast.
01:07A rep for the Kardashians told THR,
01:09this was not a paid sponsorship.
01:11The girls did it just for fun.
01:13However, just hours after the blitz surrounding the costumes,
01:16Victoria's Secret announced the date of their highly anticipated annual fashion show.
01:20The Angels will hit the catwalk on ABC on Sunday, December 2nd,
01:24with performances by Bebe Rexha, The Chainsmokers, Halsey, Kelsey Ballerini, Rita Ora, Shawn Mendes, and more.
