00:14date of Duterte's one-year immunity against impeachment to an earlier date, making her
00:19eligible for new complaints as of January 15 instead of February 6. The first refiled complaint
00:25was filed by groups identified with the left and endorsed by the three-member Makabayan bloc.
00:30The second set of complaints was filed by Father Flavie Villanueva and Tindig Pilipinas
00:34conveners Kiko Aquino D, Silvia Estrada Claudio, and Ging Delez, and was endorsed by Mamamayang
00:39Liberal Rep. Laila de Lima and Akbayan Rep. Peresi Sendanya. The two complaints echo allegations
00:45of the first petition last year. Duterte allegedly betrayed public trust over her alleged misuse
00:50of public funds, but also now includes the affidavit of detainee Ramil Madriaga.
