00:00National Cabinet has met in Sydney this morning and we've reached a landmark
00:07agreement to deliver record funding to state and territory hospitals but also
00:12secure the future of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. This
00:18agreement represents one of the most significant national reforms in living
00:23memory. My government will continue to help states to take pressure off their
00:28hospitals as well on top of this agreement through the 1-800 Medicare
00:33system that began on January 1. Every single Australian, in my case Tasmanian,
00:40deserves the very best of health care.
