00:05Minister Keir Starmer has said.
00:07That's after the latest revelations about Andrew's links to the deceased sex offender
00:11and financier Jeffrey Epstein.
00:14New files published by the US Justice Department include emails that showed King Charles'
00:18brother maintaining regular contact with Epstein for more than two years after he was found
00:23guilty of child sex crimes.
00:25The files also include pictures appearing to show Andrew crouching over and touching
00:29the waist of an unidentified woman lying on the floor.
00:33King Charles stripped his brother of the title of Prince and evicted him from his mansion
00:37in the grounds of Windsor Castle in November, in the wake of previous revelations.
00:42Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, as he is now known, has denied wrongdoing in connection with Epstein.
00:48He did not reply to a Reuters request for comment on the latest revelations.
00:52Buckingham Palace declined to comment.
00:55Speaking to reporters on the plane to Japan following his four-day visit to China, Starmer
01:01said Andrew should explain everything he knows to US lawmakers to help Epstein's victims.
01:08Anybody who has got information should be prepared to share that information, he said, in whatever
01:13form they are asked to do that.
01:15The files show Andrew maintained regular contact with Epstein after his conviction, including
01:20discussing potential business deals and social meetings.
01:23In several emails, Epstein and Andrew discuss women that the financier proposes to put in
01:27touch with the prince.
01:29In one email, Epstein offered to bring three women to Buckingham Palace.
01:33The photo of him on all fours is what really strikes out.
01:37It's such an odd image and you knew that, like, what it shows is that he, you know, he said he didn't
01:49know anything going on or see anything unusual while then taking part in something that looks
01:56very unusual himself.
01:57It's sort of, so that's the thing, it just adds to the evidence that, you know, Andrew was involved
02:11in some way, shape or form with some of the things that Epstein was going, was doing.
02:18It, um, um, and there's evidence of being brought women and what have you and the discussion of
02:28that at the very least.
02:29So, um, his idea that he didn't have any idea of Jeffrey Epstein being able to bring women
02:35around or whatever as, as you know, that has been shot to pieces.
