PLW LIFE COACHING: THE MOVIE
Chapter VII: do most health professionals commit behavioral crimes?
We must investigate who we want to work with when it comes to our health and well-being, because most health professionals, so-called experts, or social media influencers, are frauds. Instead of practicing what they preach or embodying what they offer, they sit on their credentials and call themselves authors, coaches, counselors, doctors, or therapists.
Here is the sad truth: too many of them commit behavioral crimes. Instead of helping us feel better, they want us to fail because they compete. Competing means wanting to be or have the most or best of something while preventing others from doing well in order to validate our human existence through acknowledgment, admiration, popularity, money, and status.
What are the outcomes of working with them? They drain our money and time with methods that do not work, ultimately making us feel unwell, and in many cases, harming our health. The question is, can we accept that we put ourselves in this situation because we chose to work with them? To move forward, we feel compassion for their pain because they simply struggle to be kind individuals. And now is the time to succeed. Let's work with someone who truly embodies health and well-being.
